Bra hotell i Lisboa
Hotellet låg centralt och var fräscht. Vi var en familj på fyra vuxna som alla var nöjda. Väldigt stor och fin frukost.

Pretty poor experience
So, the parking was not free at the hotel. They charged 10 € extra for a 4th person in the room even though we already paid for it online. The room is really basic and old. The beds that are meant to be shared by two people are 140 cm wide. The pool on the top was filthy and I would rather call it a puddle than a pool.

Bra frukost och trevlig personal. Gymmet var litet och ibland låst, ofta svårt att få plats runt poolen.

Falsk marknadsföring, ofräscht hotel!
Bokade 2 rum för 5 personer, skriver via hotels önkesmål om extrasäng (fast att jag inte behöver göra det), kommer fram till hotellet och när vi får det ena rummet så finns det ingen extra säng och den dubbelsängen vi får är väldigt liten. Då tänker vi hur man kan skriva att det får plats 3 personer i ett sådant rum. Går ner till receptionen och klagar. Han meddelar att vi måste i sådana fall kontakta de om det och det kostar 20euro/ dag. alltså för vår del 60 euro. Berättar att jag redan skrivit in önskemål via hotels icm en extra säng. men tydligen så har hotellet inte fått in ngt önskemål av hotels.com. I övrigt var hotellet ofräscht, handskarna luktade illa, badrummet var katastrofalt. VI är inte nöjda.

Great accommodations and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is first class. A minor critique is that the washrooms are a bit outdated, but not a deal breaker by any means. Loved my stay at Holiday Inn Lisbon.

The parking lot is a nightmare with super tight corners/angles to manipulate, requiring backing up and going forward. Hardly easy after a day of driving in unfamiliar areas. Leaving was slightly easier than entering. However, the driveway is one lane. A staff person at the top has to signal with a red or green light whether it is safe to go. The staff person was distracted, whatever, and we waited and waited for a green light. Finally someone got out of the car and walked to the top to get this problem taken care of. Also the breakfast food was terrible. An array of food was offered. It was all bad. The room was fine, though it was very hard to use the television in my room. Very difficult to get it to turn on, and then very difficult to change channels. I eventually just turned it off. Soooo, the hotel was okay for the night we spent there, but definitely flawed.

Area was convenient to city center. Day staff was great and accomodating, but night staff was difficult to work with and consistently seemed annoyed when we made requests. Extra amenities seemed overpriced (breakfast, airport transfer, etc.)

Main lobby and dining area are very nice. Floor we were on needs a refresh as it is very dated but still clean. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but room was okay.

It was less than 10 mins from metro and other amenities. Staff was very friendly. My 9 year old daughter felt very safe.

Excellent location, reasonable rates, restaurant is very good with lots of options. The pool wasn’t open during our stay but the weather wasn’t the greatest to use the pool anyway.

A good experience on this hotel. The process for payment thru expedia was trouble free. The staff was not pushy and willing to help us. They even help me doing some currency exchange at current rates. Very happy! . Although the location was a bit far away from the city center it was far enough to remain peacefull.

The windows seemed broken. Air/wind was seeping in throughout the night. The sink was clogged and would fill up every time we turned the tap on. Staff had to charge to bring plates and cutlery to the room, so when we went to get them ourselves, we were left waiting as nobody was around to help
