HOUSE RULES

No one is allowed to stay in the property without authorization.

Reservations for third parties are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Drugs and alcohol consumption are not permitted on the property. Any of these situations will result in cancellation of the reservation, at the guest's expense.

Use or permanence for commercial purposes or provision of services is not permitted. For accommodation purposes only.

Subleasing is not permitted.

Guest must inform the host of their check-in time at least 24 hours in advance.

After in-person check-in and confirmation of the property's compliance, guests have 48 hours to report any issues.

Always bear in mind that this is an apartment, so you should always avoid causing any nuisance to other condominium owners, always respecting quiet hours and not dirtying the common areas.

It is not permitted to store personal belongings such as bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, containers, and various items in the common areas of the building.

All guests must treat the house with the utmost care and respect, as if it were their own.

It is strictly forbidden to damage, remove, or misuse any item belonging to the accommodation (furniture, utensils, appliances, decoration, etc.).

Guests must keep the accommodation in a similar condition to that at check-in, both in terms of cleanliness and general organization.

It is the responsibility of guests to dispose of trash, keep spaces clean, and avoid accumulating excessive dirt.
It is mandatory to take trash to the municipal container daily.

It is compulsory to turn off the A/C when leaving the apartment.


Any damage caused must be reported immediately to the host. Repair or replacement costs may be charged through Airbnb.

Parties or behavior that jeopardizes the good condition or functioning of the house are not permitted.

Commercial photographs and filming are not permitted.

The law in Portugal requires hosts to register all foreign guests in advance with local authorities (SEF). Therefore, you will have to provide timely information for the main guest and all the people who will stay in our accommodation:
