This charming 250 m2, 4-bedroom house is the ultimate haven for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, a piano, and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher, a washer, a dryer, and ironing equipment.

A dedicated office space is available, ideal for guests working remotely or needing a quiet place to focus during their stay.

On the basement level is one bedroom with two single beds and a TV, providing privacy and entertainment for guests. On the first floor are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a spacious main suite with a king-size XL bed, and a full bathroom with a bath, desks, TVs, and balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The property's highlight is the terrace with a peaceful garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The terrace also includes a jacuzzi, a pool to cool off on hot summer days, and a BBQ.

The four bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Located northwest of Lisbon, Alcabideche is close to the Atlantic coast and enjoys a strategic location between the centre of Lisbon and Cascais. The parish features a diverse landscape, with both urban and rural areas. Green spaces, farms, and agricultural lands create a more tranquil environment.

The proximity to the coast provides access to beaches such as Praia do Guincho, renowned for its ideal conditions for surfing and windsurfing. The area is also close to other attractions, including Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe.

Alcabideche is well-served by public transportation networks, including buses, facilitating travel to other areas of the Lisbon metropolitan region. The parish offers a variety of local businesses, including markets, shops, and restaurants. Residents have access to essential services and commercial facilities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Rua Martim Moniz, is just a 7-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
