Time away in paradise
This stay was made very pleasant due to all the wonderful amenities this home offers to you! From you few basics is the kitchen to beach towels & toys. It truly is just about a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. The only draw back for us was the lack of communication on having to be met by the property manager to check in to fill out paperwork and give cash deposit with copy of passport. This was a draw back only cause it has never been done before in all the vacation homes rented before ….. nothing. But Tania was very pleasant and extremely excited for our staying experience in Portugal. Tania had lots of suggestions on places to visit and eat. We went during the end of Sept 2023 and temps were 86 degrees every day. We loved our stay and would stay again. The only thing we felt we needed we a fan for the upstairs room to help bring in the night cool air. We will be back America 2023

Amazing Property
From start to finish Tania and this property exceeded our expectations. From meeting us at the house for a tour and explanations, local guide book, we’ll appointed kitchen and wet bar to checking in on us, recommending some local music and more, Tania is top notch. The house was perfect for our family of 5 (one more would have even fit comfortably) and it had everything we could hope- pool, view, location- all top notch! The town and local beach were both walkable or quick drives away and we spent a lot of time in local Ericiera- a quick 15 minute drive away. I would absolutely stay at this property again and recommend it. (Only note is that there are not bikes at the property for use).

Matthew, I apologize for the miscommunication, we have bicycles for our guests, free to use, you only need to make a security deposit of 25 euros, for each one. It is always good to communicate your wish before check-in to speed up their availability (sometimes we transport them from another accommodation). Wonderful villa
Very well equipped and beautifull villa. At only 12 min walk from the beach, everybody was able to go when ever he wished. The swimming pool was also perfect for a lazy day. Nira was very helpful with good restaurant recommandations.

Einfach perfekt. Super freundliche Vermieterin. Alles super sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, für alles andere nimmt man kostengünstig ein Uber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wonderful vacation at Nira House
We felt very comfortable in the Nira House. Tania and Goncalo were super nice and always ready to support us. There was really nothing missing. Un beau moment de rencontre
Nous avons été très satisfaits des échanges avec les propriétaires. Ils se sont montrés disponibles et attentifs avant et pendant notre séjour. La maison a rempli ses promesses. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté et tous les produits laissés à disposition pour la semaine. Bien que la maison soit dans un quartier calme, elle est plus éloignée que nous le pensions de la ville. Les bruits de la ville montent également beaucoup et sont très audibles de l'étage (beaucoup moins du rez-de-chaussée). Toutefois, je recommande vivement et la maison, et ses hôtes !

Summer nights holiday
Well presented, clean and fully furnished property with distant view of the sea and a perfect location. You could walk to the local surfers beach, 3 min drive to the local veggie pizza place ( unbelievable); 4 mins to mini market and bakery truck and 15 mins to the larger town of Ericeria, passing 3 more amazing beaches. Would definitely go back again

Fabulous house, great facilities and wonderful views
The home was excellent, Tania was super friendly and kept in touch with us before we arrived. Very welcoming indeed. Really clean, well equipped home. Comfy beds. Great size. Thoughtul touches. Area was very quiet. No shops in walking distance so hire car essential. Nearest shops about 2 mins walk. 10 min drive into Ericeira centre. Gorgeous but quite rough local beach is a walk downhill (so uphill return). Small cafe on front with excellent views. Would highly recommend especially for families

Top ausgestattetes haus in guter Lage um die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Das Haus ist top ausgestattet (von der Küche, dem grillzubehör über Strandutensilien und Handtücher ist alles vorhanden). Der Kontakt zur Agentur war problemlos und tania stand mit vielen Tipps zur Seite. Die Lage ist geschickt, um einige Sehenswürdigkeiten (wir Cabo da Roca, Sintra, Mafra) zu erkunden oder die schönen Strände rundherum zu genießen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Amazing Villa - Highly Recommended
Amazing villa, spotlessly clean, great location as you get a nice breeze flowing through the pool area. A lovely welcome from Tania. Peaceful location but within walking distance to beach bars etc. We stayed in the main suite upstairs, the bed was so comfortable, no noise from outside - great views to the sea and the surrounding hills. The villa has everything you could need and more. I'd recommend Nira house to everyone

Schönes Haus mit sehr netten Gastgebern
Das Haus und Lage war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Ausgangspunkt für viele interessante Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Beide Strände sind super, wir waren aber immer mit dem Auto dort gewesen. Für unsere Enkelkinder war natürlich der Pool das Highlight! Kaffeekapseln, Wein, Beer gibt es in der Hausbar zum Selbstkostenpreis und Strandhandtücher waren ebenfalls mehr als ausreichend vorhanden - einfach Super !

Gastfreundschaft in Perfektion
Bei diesem Ferienhaus stimmt einfach alles. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und gut erreichbar!! Das Haus wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit witzigen Details. Es ist sauber und alles wie neu. Handtücher zur Genüge, Strandtücher, Seife, WC-Papier, usw. Alles da, perfekt für Flugreisende, die nicht den ganzen Hausstand mitschleppen wollen. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Alles in (PKW)erreichbarer Nähe: Autobahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Lissabon, Sintra, Mafra..... Strand und Strandbar fußläufig. Pool und Hängematten sind auch toll. rundum gelungener Auftritt. Danke ! Kann man wirklich empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit moderner Einrichtung
Tania ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie spricht gut englisch. Die Kommunikation mit whats app klappt problemlos. Das Haus ist groß. Für 4 Leute ist locker Platz. Für 6 reicht es wohl auch. Die Betten sind bequem. Nachts war es ruhig. Sehr schicke Einrichtung. In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Terasse mit schönen Gartenmöbeln, Liegen und Pool. Den Grill und die Fahrräder haben wir nicht benutzt. Abends war es im März im Haus etwas kühl. Zum Heizen kann man die Klimaanlage benutzen. Es sind genug Decken da. Direkt gegenüber wird ein Haus gebaut. Es gab aber nur wenig Baugeräusche und das Haus ist schon fast fertig. Zum Strand fährt man 2min mit dem Auto. Zum anderen Strand gibt es einen schönen Weg, ca. 20min zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen .

Schöner Urlaub im Januar 2019
Wir waren eine Woche zu viert im Januar im Haus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war super sauber und richtig gut ausgestattet. Gefehlt hat uns Nichts! Die Vermieter haben innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet und waren überaus freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und viele Tips gegeben welche Strände schön sind und wo man gut essen gehen kann. Der Pool ist ein Traum, und die Hängematten, leider konnten wir aber nicht rein im Januar da es zu kalt war :) Würden immer wieder buchen :)

Maison lumineuse et bien équipée
Une maison spacieuse et lumineuse..bien équipée des chaussons vous attendent, des draps des serviettes, des jeux de sociétés des guides touristiques, possibilité de rentrer la voiture...en extérieur une belle piscine salon de jardin, hamac, BBQ, et même des vélos...quand à la propriétaire elle est très chaleureuse et nous a offert une bouteille de vin ainsi qu une spécialité Portugaise.. C est une belle personne...très accessible..Dans la maison il y a une mise à disposition de vins de pays. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. La décoration est faite avec un bon gout ...vue sur la mer et accès à la plage à 10 minutes en marchant... quartier calme.

Wir haben Tanja als sehr fröhliche und nette Eigentümerin kennen gelernt. Das Haus überzeugt auf allen Ebenen. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.. Im Sommer vielleicht noch ein bisschen schöner , weil man den Aussenbereich auch nutzen kann vor allem das Schwimmbad . Wir wünschen weiterhin viel Erfolg beim vermieten und alles gute und danke für die schöne Zeit im Haus Neira.

Prima woning prima locatie!
De woning is uitstekend uitgerust en gelegen op een prima locatie. De wijn voorziening van Tãnia was perfect. Wel hadden weer 3 dagen zee mist waardoor het zwembad minder is gebruikt dan er op voorheen hadden gedacht.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren im August 2018 im Nirahaus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Total schickes Haus, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich engagiert, helfen wo es nur geht und statten das Haus sehr zuvorkommend aus ( Kleinigkeiten: gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kaffeepads in einer ordentlichen Kaffeemaschine, uvm ...), haben Ausflüge für uns gebucht, alle Fragen wurden zügig und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Das Reiseziel ( wir waren zum ersten Mal in Portugal) ist für Urlauber die etwas abseits der großen Touristenströme eine entspannte Zeit verbringen wollen sehr zu empfehlen , die Strände sind wunderschön und wenn man ein paar Schritte an den bewachten Stränden weier läuft menschenleer und endlos. Für Surfer ohnehin ein Eldorado aber auch wenn man etwas Ruhe sucht und Kultur ( Lissabon, Mafra, Sintra) erleben möchte, ist man hier richtig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Der Slogan trifft es sehr gut; Luxus in einer sehr ursprünglichen Umgebung. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit an Tânia und Goncalo mit Kids :-) aus Germany 👍

Tolles Haus! Schöner Pool!
Wir haben zehn Nächte im Nira Haus verbracht. Nach unserer Ankunft wurde uns das Haus und die Außenanlagen durch unsere freundliche Gastgeberin Tânia komplett gezeigt und alles erklärt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist allgemein in einem top Zustand. Es ist zudem alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Der recht große Pool ist ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen. Vom Haus aus ist man zu Fuß etwa in 10 Minuten an dem schönen Strand São Julião. Bei Ebbe kann man hier weit an den Felsen entlang spazieren gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Lidl, Aldi) gibt es in Ericeira (ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt). Zudem kann man viele Städte wie Lissabon, Sintra oder Nazaré sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und können über keine negativen Dinge berichten. In diesem Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

First time Portugal
It was our first time in Portugal. Nira Haus was a great place to stay and we will come back. The house and the view are beautiful, the hosts were always approachable with good tipps and help, when needed. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed everything very much. If you do not want to stay at the house all the time two beaches are in walking distance offering everything we needed - nice beach restaurant/bar, amazing views and the option to learn surfing. Ericeira is just around the corner. You need to have a car to go there, but you find a laid back (at least at this time of the year) small city with good fish restaurants. See you soon again!

Traumhaus
Das schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin ist immer ansprechbar. Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht. Besonderes angenehm fanden wir den Einkaufsservice bei der späten Ankunft. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Durch die drei Schlafzimmer ist das auch für einen Urlaub mit größeren Kindern perfekt. Wir würden gerne zurückkommen.

Charme et tranquilité dans cette belle maison
Cette jolie maison, calme, lumineuse et fonctionnelle nous a enchanté et nous a permis de passer d'agréables vacances. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Tania, Gonçalo (et leurs petites filles). La possibilité de découvrir sur place (à des prix très raisonnables) une belle sélection de vin portugais, nous a surpris et ...séduits. Merci au dévouement de cette famille.

Grande maison au calme
Nous avons séjourné en août 2017, pendant 9 jours. La maison est grande, bien équipée, au calme, propre. Les propriétaires ont pensé à chaque détail (serviettes de plage, shampoing et gel douche, pastilles lave-vaisselle, lessive, jeux pour la plage, jeux de société, trousse de 1er secours, mini-bar ...). La décoration est soignée. Les propriétaires sont charmants. La vue est belle. Je conseille vivement.

Merci Vincent, C'était très agréable de vous accueillir chez nous, ils étaient très sympathiques et organisés, parfois nous pensions qu'ils n'étaient pas dans la maison, c'était impeccable! Merci, vous êtes toujours les bienvenus! Tânia e Gonçalo

Un lujo
La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Todo nuevo y muy limpio. Decorada con mucho gusto. No falta un detalle. La recomiendo 100%
