The location was good as well as the view from the room, that was the only positive
The worst was probably the check-in, it was not enough with a passport on a us and a driving license valid in Portugal. In addition, the entire stay was paid in advance. It was incredibly unpleasant to check in.
We couldn't eat the breakfast that was included in the price. We announced the night before that one of us is vegan and wondered if there would be vegan friendly breakfast. The staff told that there will be food for him . It turned out in the morning that there were only fruits and cereals that were var bra liksom utsikten frÄn rummet men dÀr tar de positiva slut.
VÀrst var nog incheckningen, det rÀckte inte med pass pÄ en oss och ett körkort giltigt i Portugal. Dessutom var hela vistelsen betald i förskott. Det blev otroligt omstÀndig och otrevlig incheckning.
Vi kunde inte Àta frukosten som ingick i priset. Vi meddelade kvÀllen innan att en av oss Àr vegan och undrade om det skulle finnas vegan vÀnlig frukost. Det visade sig sedan pÄ morgonen att det endast fanns frukt och flingor som var vegansk. Observera att flingorna skulle man Àta som det var , fanns inget vegans mjölk som soja eller havremjölk. ( dessa gÄr att köpa i mÄnga livsmedelsaffÀren i Portugal). Personalen förstod inte varför vi inte ansÄg att frukt var frukost. Helt seriös menade de att en oss skulle Àta frukt och torra flingor medans den andra kunde vÀlja mellan ost, korvar , paj, Àgg ,bakverk mm. Very rude!
