The sleeping area is cozy and well-integrated into the environment, offering a comfortable double bed. Complemented by soft lighting and modern decor, it is ideal for resting at the end of the day.

- Equipped Kitchenette
The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils.

- Bathroom
The studio has a bathroom with a shower.

- Terrace
The outdoor patio also includes an additional dining table. Ideal for social gatherings or simply relaxing outdoors, it provides a cozy space to enjoy memorable moments with your family and friends.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Avenida Casal Ribeiro is one of the main streets that runs through the Saldanha neighborhood, offering a mix of residences, offices, shops and restaurants. Known for its dynamic environment and modern conveniences, this avenue is ideal for those looking to be in the center of it all. With a variety of services nearby, including supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping centers, residents enjoy a practical and vibrant urban life.

If traveling by plane from Lisbon Airport, there are a few options for getting to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The most economical way is, without a doubt, the metro, with a journey of 25-30 minutes. The nearest metro station (Saldanha) is just 450 meters from the apartment.

￫ Car
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to reach the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

Please note that there is no free parking in the area.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 until 22:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. A lat check-in fee of 25€ after 22:00.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
