Bra läge!
Fräscht litet hotell mycket bra beläget i de centrala delarna av gamla Sintra. Urkallt rum bokades snart om mot ett där värmesystemet fungerade. Något slarvig städservice. Frukosten som erbjuds är ganska tråkig.

Fantastiskt, välkomnande och varmt hotell
Fantastiskt hotell som inte kan ligga mer centralt i Sintra. Underbar personal som var väldigt hjälpsamma. Nära till bra restauranger och sevärdigheter i Sintra. Rekommenderas verkligen.

Centralt, charmigt och välhållet i Sintra.
Fantastiskt läge för att besöka gamla Sintra, kanske inte om man reser med barn, men för oss. Nära vägen men också mycket nära det historiska centrat.Hotellet är både charmigt och fräscht med trevliga rum, rent och snyggt. Frukosten är medelmåttlig och erbjuder inte allt vad Portugal kan, men funkar. Servicen är överlag god, men vi var missnöjda med att personalen, trots att många väntar, ändå måste berätta varje detalj om staden Sintra för dem som just håller på att checka in. Det blev en tråkig avslutning på ett annars trevligt besök, eftersom vi skulle med ett tåg och fick väldigt bråttom.

Great location by Sintra Center. Staff was very friendly and helpful explaining the area and how to get around. Best night sleep I had in Portugal. Only problem with the room was a lack of extra outlets for charging phone. I had to unplug a lamp which isn’t a big deal.

This is a top quality hotel. Beautiful facilities, great staff - easy in English. Valet parking was good from the first minute. Room was great, bed comfortable. Stupendous view. Quiet locale at night. Innumerable restaurants of all types. And of course Sintra is spectacular! We'll be back

El hotel es uno de los más céntricos aunque ya es un poco viejo. Ha sido remodelado sin embargo no lo suficiente. El personal de recepción es excelente. El desayuno no es variado. Las camas no son muy cómodas pero para una noche o dos está bien.

Atenção com falta de água no hotel!
Gostamos do hotel, o único ponto que precisa de melhoria é a comunicação quanto a falta de água que existe na região. Não fomos informados e acabamos ficando sem água durante o banho, ao ligar na recepção explicaram que a região é assim mesmo e que não tinham o que fazer à respeito. Entendo que seja assim, só peço que avisem os clientes para não que não fiquem sem água durante o banho. No mais, a localização é ótima, cama confortável e o café da manhã bem gostoso.

Great restaurant recommendations by the concierge
If your driving there are 2 spots in front for check in and we paid for concierge parking - the roads are super narrow and difficult to navigate in the area and there is lots of traffic for castle pena however the location is perfect for walking for dinner drinks in historic sintra

The properry is perfectly situated for walking to attractions. The staff was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our stay was excellent and we would strongly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Sintra. Our favorite hotel in Portugal (out of 5) with a comfortable bed and fabulous staff. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing. It was nice to stay right in the Sintra historic district.
