Fantastisk bra service från personalen i receptionen och frukostpersonalen.Särskilt den unga kvinnan som hjälpte oss att beställa mat när vi anlände sent på kvällen, tusen tack! Jättegod frukost och trevigt rum, vi är mycket nöjda!

Rummet var väldigt litet och mörkt . Fanns ett fönster med en vägg som utsikt . Sängarna var stenhårda . Fantastisk frukost, rent och trevlig personal.

Bra hotell, centralt läge
Bra hotell, i centralt läge. Skön säng, bra frukost. Rent o bra personal. Duschen kunde ha haft bättre stråle. Men är väldigt nöjd.

Mysigt litet hotell centralt beläget i Lissabon 2-3 minuter från Praca do Commercio, bussar runt hörnet, 5 minuter till närmaste Metro. Rent och bra, utmärkta sängar, Fräsch frukost med i stort sett allt du kan önska dig. Vänlig och hjälpfull personal (speciellt tack till Franscisco som tog sig tid ge oss råd och tips).

The FLH Urbano Hotel is in an older building (expected) so has smaller rooms but the site is well maintained and is in a good location for walking to many of Lisbon's historical sites, plazas, waterfront, etc. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was a good, true European continental breakfast (they called us when we missed our assigned time (due to a small seating area) to see if we still wanted it, and the rooms were comfortable. The only real issues were a troublesome entry issue, so the reception person has to allow access (had to wait once but otherwise they were at the desk) and a coffee machine that would dispense espresso but not milk for cappuccino as designed.

Esta cadena de hoteles se caracteriza por tener un buen servicio (la gente que te atiende es muy amable y atenta en todo momento) y su desayuno reducido pero muy acogedor (te sientes en casa porque todo es fresco, recien hecho y porciones cumplidoras). El cuarto más grande que el FLH de Oporto, por lo que más cómodo. El baño moderno y de buen tamaño. La cama un poco dura. Las áreas comunes pequeñas pero lindas y acogedoras. El chico que nos atendía en la noche nos apoyó mucho con nuestras dudas de cómo llegar a los lugares y siempre muy sonriente. Fue una estancia muy amena.

This hotel is truly in the heart of everything you want to see and do in Lisbon. We could not have picked a better spot for our three nights. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the all day pastries, coffee, and tea, were a lovely surprise, especially as we had cool, drizzly weather. We hope to stay here again in the fall.

Lisbon was my first stop on a two-week trip and this was my favorite of several hotels. Staff was very friendly, service was great, my room was clean and the location was close to just about everything. Doesn't hurt that they offer free port and breakfast to guests. The lobby is cozy and makes for a good place to relax if you won't want to just be in your room. But I wonder if staff is overworked. It seemed like the same guys were there in the afternoon until the next morning. I would show up around 8 p.m., go to my room and find the same guy at the front desk at 8 a.m.

Location was within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Staff was very friendly, spoke multiple languages. Hotel rooms very quaint, we loved our little balcony and although small, the room had a lot of charm.
