Room 6 sleeps up to 4 guests in a 2 × 2 m king-size bed and double sofa bed. Its private bathroom has a bathtub, shower and bidet. Your room and bathroom are exclusively for your travelling group.

HILLSIDE SETTING & HISTORIC STAIRS
Our family villa is over 300 years old and follows Sintra’s hillside. Access involves descending three flights of old stone stairs and climbing them again when heading out. The bedrooms are one storey above the exterior ground, with windows overlooking greenery and the street; they are not basement rooms. Please consider the stairs, luggage and mobility needs before booking. When your check-in video is sent before arrival, please watch it to see the access route.

Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max, Disney+ and SkyShowtime are available. Please keep the supplied accounts signed in.

We are a small family home and are happy to help through the booking platform. Your stay is self check-in. Please message us for assistance, food orders or special requests; requests depend on availability and confirmation.

Stay in Sintra’s historic centre, among old lanes, traditional cafés and green hills. Discover the National Palace of Sintra, Quinta da Regaleira and the town’s distinctive architecture, then return to a welcoming 17th-century family villa. The surrounding landscape is hilly, with slopes and steps; allow extra time for exploring and wear comfortable shoes.

Explore the historic centre on foot. Trains connect Sintra with Lisbon, and local buses and taxis serve the surrounding area. For attractions farther uphill, including Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle, plan transport and admission in advance. Driving and parking in the old town can be difficult. Read the arrival and parking instructions for your reservation before travelling and contact us if you need help planning your arrival.

Self check-in from 15:00; check-out by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out each cost €15 and require prior confirmation, subject to availability.

Room 6 is private, with its own bathroom; the wider house and communal facilities are shared. Access involves descending three flights of stairs and climbing them when leaving. The room is one floor above the outside ground, with elevated windows. Please consider luggage and mobility needs. Children and infants are welcome and must be supervised around stairs and windows.

Pets are welcome under our house rules: €35 per stay. Cleaning is €25 per stay; never pay a fee twice if it is already included in your booking. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, never in bedrooms or indoor areas. Quiet hours are 23:00–07:00. Events must be arranged in advance and respect other guests and house rules. Optional breakfast is €12.50 per person and should be requested at least 24 hours ahead.
