Its bright living room opens its windows onto a well-appointed terrace and its swimming pool.

    The villa is located in a new residential area in the charming town of Lit-et-Mixe near the beaches of Cap de L'homy and Contis.
    If you like hiking, 1km away you will find the sandy path to reach the beach of Cap de l'homy.
    The cycle paths are close and allow you to reach the beach.

    The garden has a tiled part, children's games (trampoline, swing, mini slide)
