  • I’m renting out a beautiful estate that was completely renovated between 2021 and 2024 and is situated on a 2-hectare property with century-old trees. A little paradise with no neighbors. Just birds, deer, and rabbits... 900 m from Lit-et-Mixe with its shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and local markets; 8 km from the ocean (Cap de l’Homy, Contis); secluded in the heart of the forest.
    The house features a large 80 m² living room, 4 double bedrooms with new beds, 2 bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, and a saltwater pool (10 x 5 m). Excellent amenities: pétanque court, table tennis, patio furniture, lounge chairs, umbrellas, Molki, board games, 3 bicycles, dishwasher, washing machine, plancha, smart TV, oven, American-style refrigerator, piano, mosquito nets; bed linens and towels are provided.
    We welcome considerate and respectful guests.
    Pets are not allowed, even though we really like them...
    Non-smoking home.
    Please note: Minimum stay of 2 weeks. Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted by 24 or 48 hours.
    For bookings in September, we cannot guarantee the temperature of the unheated pool
