âThis place was great! The beds were so nice we slept amazing. Clean, and spacious. Perfect for our family. Grandma had her own space downstairs to avoid the stairs. We really just loved the comfort of the home. We will be visiting again!â
âWe enjoyed two nights here. There is a quaint and shady courtyard for lounging, and the room was unique. The bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed the mini complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and having morning coffee freshly made. The location is within easy walking distance to downtown, though a few blocks from the main drag. Would stay here again!â
âWe did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. â
âI loved the sweet, local touches in regards to the in-room coffee and bedside chocolates. Our beds in room 3 were very comfortable, the decor was fantastic, and the retro kitchen appliances were fun & perfectly functional. Also, drinking my morning coffee on the beautiful patio was a delightful way to start my day! â

âThis property is on Main Street and walkable to the historic Main St. Our room smelled like urine and I realized that I had booked a pet friendly room without knowing it. The front staff graciously upgraded us to a pet free room.â
âClean, quiet, and affordable. Very accommodating of our late arrival. Loved having the Great American Pizza Co as a ready option right next to the hotel when we arrived. Easy to get essentials at the Market of Choice directly behind the hotel.â
âWe got to stay here several nights. Absolutely best motel Iâve ever been to, especially in this price range and all the generous amenities! I could live here!! Huge fan â
âI absolutely fell in love with this property it was so beautiful from the moment we drove up the hill to see this gorgeous house at the top. The yard and garden was a surprise. I wasnât expecting to have such a peaceful place to stay the pictures donât even do it justice. I would definitely Want to stay there again when I come to visit family. â

âThis was our first time staying at Lithia Springs Resort, and other than trying to find the front desk to check in, our impression of the property was impressive. The grounds were beautiful, with a walking path. Our room was very nice and we couldn't hear our neighbors. They did offer breakfast but we chose to go into Ashland instead. Overall, we loved it and will definitely be back!
