Kelly's Urban Farmhouse in Atlanta

A spacious farmhouse in an urban setting, located on a 7 acre stretch of land with plenty of nature to enjoy, as well as a private outdoor kitchen and patio dining area; close proximity to Stone Mountain Park, downtown Atlanta, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

House Rules:
1. PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE BY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
2. Only the listed guests at the time of check in are allowed to be in the house, maximum 12 people at the property (inside or outside) at any given time.
3.Quiet hours outside in between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, this is a residential neighborhood.
4.Sex offenders are prohibited from booking or staying in the house.
5. No open flames, candles or any fire inside or outside the house, except Firepit and Outdoor kitchen.
6. Barbecue grill is to be used at your convenience and must be cleaned by guests prior to use. One bag of charcoal provided by host.
7. Driveway and Parking spaces are limited to only 4 vehicles. Absolutely no parking on the street. No more than 4 vehicles at any given time permitted on driveway.
8. Trash Bins must be taken out as follows: Wednesday Night by 9 PM = Green ONLY. Additional service fees will be requested if you fail to bring the trash out as we will have to pay for a third party to dispose of the trash if you miss the trash pick up truck by failing to bring the trash out as requested.
9. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Additional service fees will be requested after you leave and a claim for damages will be issued
10. Booking guest must be over 21 YEARS OLD and provide a government issued ID for our records.
11. A list of guests (names and last names) is required after booking and previous to arrival.
12. Booking person is required to e-sign our HIKING RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. This property has large trees and trails.
