“It was very clean”

“For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

“Great hotel. This is the second year I stayed here for a musical festival. Nice staff, comfy rooms and convenient location. I would stay here again next year.”

“It was handy for us to have a nice selection of microwaveable foods- one of our sons was hungry and it was too late to go out and find food. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. I’d love fresh fruit or salsa but otherwise had a varied selection.”

“The only slight complaint was the lady that set up the breakfast seemed like she either had an attitude or just weird at trying to be funny! ???”

“While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.”

“The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and the fitness areas were both nice as well. The pool table in the lobby was a fun addition to the stay.”

“Our day was great. Everything was clean and comfortable, but would love a coffee maker in our room.”

“This property is mainly utilized for out of town construction workers. Not an ideal place for a single mother traveling with a young child. It was also not the cleanest. Our bathroom towels were covered in long, black hair, there were several dirty spots on the floor near the bed and in the bathroom.”

“A pool was advertised, but the pool was empty and looked like it hadn't been used in years. The hallway carpets were filthy. Our room was passable. We would have left but we were tired from traveling. The worst part was the clientele. There were workers and semi drivers staying there. They were fine. The rest though looked like they were crack or meth heads. Very sketchy place. Do not stay here.”

“This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad.. Totally out of their hands, the the lack of restaurants near the hotel. Only Red...

“Outside and lobby area are nice, however, the rooms are very outdated, smelled damp almost like mildew. Carpet needs to be shampooed. Love that there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel, which was very convenient. There was only 1 waitress though who also served as the bartender. Some nights she needed help. The food we had was good, the drinks, not so much. We ended up just getting beer and wine. Staff were helpful when needed, just wish the rooms were more modernized.”

“Room was spacious, place was clean. Allegra was super nice!”

“The amenities that come with each room included 3 free drinks per guest and snacks and food during 5:30-7 happy hour. Pool was always jam packed as it was 4th holiday. The manager was always there speaking to guest and over seeing a real breakfast and the afternoon food. One day pasta with grilled chicken, chili and hot dogs and nachos.”

“The hotel was very clean. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast choices were typical. The breakfast offerings were limited in time to 9 a.m. Otherwise, no complaints.”
