âLove this hotel , stay here often, lovely rooms , quiet position, only downfall is the wi fi signal in certain rooms is not very good, otherwise great place.â
âVi Ă„kte till Liverpool för att uppleva stĂ€mningen nĂ€r Liverpool spelade CLfinal i Madrid! Det mesta var fullbokat men vi hittade detta hotell! Mycket nöjda! Bra service, bra restaurang, hĂ€rlig pool, spa o gym! Om man ska se nĂ„got negativt sĂ„ tar det ju ca 15 min i taxi in till Liverpool men det funkar det oxĂ„!â
âLjudnivĂ„n i frukostmatsalen var oerhört hög. Fanns inga lediga bord och vi fick duka undan tidigare gĂ€sters gamla tallrikar för att kunna sitta ner.

âFint hotell i vacker omgivning. Rymliga och funktionella rum. Ett litet men bra gym. Dock ganska lyhört i rummen, trĂ„kig frukost och en del utrustning i rummen fattades eller var trasig. Receptionspersonalen ganska likgiltiga till gĂ€sterna. Frukostpersonalen dock mycket trevligâ
âThe hotel was great value for money and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere on entering the property for the first time was brilliant and this was mainly due to the staffâs attentiveness and superb service !! We will definitely advise our friends to book in here if in the area !! â
âDet Ă€r en bra hotell med utmĂ€rkt lĂ€ge bara 45 min bilresa ifrĂ„n Manchester airport. Vi tog hotellet som övernattningsstĂ€lle pĂ„ vĂ€g mot norra Wales och det var utmĂ€rkt. NĂ€ra vĂ€gen, stora rum och badrum och en pub med trevlig personal. Rekommenderas om man vill bara övernatta och resa vidare nĂ€sta morgon.â

Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change.

âThe room had a lot of spiders (dead and alive as welll, and spider webs everywhere. Could you see them more properly when the lights were on and you saw them going from the lamps to the ceiling and between the desk and the wall.
When they cleaned the room they left stains on the sheets.
Breakfast was mediocre, there was no fresh vegetables and the only vegetables they did have were fried mushrooms or baked tomatoes

âThis is a wonderful boutique property in a very safe area. There is a cafe on the corner and is only 5 mins from the main shopping in Chester with so many options for dining and relaxing. The staff were very welcoming and this was the best hotel stay I can remember. â

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing â despite being directly at the airport, I couldnât hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing.
However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard.
In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials â great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing â but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations."
