As first time visitors, we researched options and chose the Vanderbilt because it seemed central in location and the fact there were onsite spa services and good bar. This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources....

Amenities were wonderful - new outside area next to indoor salt water pool was perfect. ”

Melville House är ett av flera hus som ingår i samma "hotell" och vi fick välja rum i ett annat hus intill. Frukosten kunde serveras i ett annat hus, det var litet olika varje dag. Vi bodde högst upp utan hiss, men det var ordentlig a/c på rummet så det var helt ok.”
