This modern, newly built two-story home is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a spacious retreat. The house features a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for all guests.

The spacious downstairs master suite features dual sinks, a garden tub, a separate shower, and a 55" Smart TV for relaxation. Another bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bunk bed, a 55" Smart TV, and its own private bathroom, providing guests with both comfort and privacy.
Upstairs features a living/game room with a 65’’ Smart TV, foosball table, office desk, and queen sofa bed, plus two ensuite bedrooms (each with a 55” Smart TV). One bedroom has two queen beds; the other includes a bunk bed with queen and full-size mattresses, suitable for adults and children.

Security cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only exterior of the house. Eufy camera doorbell at the front door. 1 in front of the garage facing the driveway and 3 facing the backyard. The 3 cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the backyard. These cameras provide comprehensive coverage of key outdoor areas, including the upstairs balcony, downstairs patio, hot tub, and shed etc. This setup ensures that all significant sections of the backyard are consistently observed for security and safety purposes.

We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue. For large group exceeding 6 guests, an additional fee of $25 will be applied per extra person staying at the property.
