The front desk staff was not very welcoming and my room preference request was not taken into account when the room was assigned. They did have my request type available and allowed the room change however i had quite a few bags and no luggage cart. They didnt accept my chime bank card and would not accept cash so i wound up receiving an overdraft fee of 28 dollars on my bank card after being told my card was only going to be charged for the $100 incidental deposit and wound up charging for the room rate and incidentals since i selected paying at the hotel and there was nothing in the reservation noting card restriction. Were i told the correct amount i was being charged i could have. Transferred the money from chime to my other institution or prepaid the reservation with you. The staff interaction at the front desk overall wasn't pleasant and actually had the feel of being racially directed while the staff was minority also, which was weird.
