. For your safety there is no climbing on the homes.
2. We love a safe environment so no drugs or smoking allowed in homes or other areas. There is a designated outside non drug smoking section
3. Please respect your neighbors with noise and kindness
4. Owners Pool by owners house is not included for use
5. No extra guests allowed that were not included at booking.
6. Service dogs with legitimate proof and with deposit allowed but…. No support animals
7. Enjoy and have fun!
8. No feeding the goats any type of anything except for the goat food provided for you. Thank you they are mini’s and their stomachs are super sensitive for some reason
We’ve got curtains on every window for your privacy.
-Please remember to not leave food outside and to secure trash lids. The have wildlife.
-There are bugs and critters here.
Mosquito and tick repellent is provided!
-If you see a reptile please don’t try and catch or touch it.
-The pond is awesome but no swimming. Enjoy the paddle boat and life jackets are provided!
