The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 175 m² longère (traditional long house) in Livarot to rent for up to 6 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
This house can be rented on a medium or long-term basis, so please don't hesitate to ask.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with sitting area (sofa, armchair) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, blender, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds and a work area
- An adjoining games room with a lounge area (TV, sofa)
- Separate WC and washbasin

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, high chair, 2 booster seats for children over 3, games for all ages, Nordnet wifi terminal and Wifi 7.

Outside :
- Large enclosed garden in two areas:
Around the house (2000 m²): shrubs, flowers, manicured lawn, three terraces including a porch, garden furniture (tables, benches).
Small adjoining grassland (2000 m²): perfect for playing, reading, picnicking or napping in peace and quiet.
- Games room (separate from the main building) with table tennis and games area

The house is ideally located in Livarot, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. A car is essential to enjoy the surrounding area.

- This house is also ideal for long stays.
- There is an alarm in the house, but it will be deactivated during your stay.
