“I hate to give this property such high marks because I want rooms available next time I need to book with them! Clean extra large rooms with a couch. Breakfast in the morning is better than most places I have been to. I will stay here from now on every time I need to visit my daughter in college.”

“$10/day parking is ridiculous in Poughkeepsie. Coffee maker in the room had coffee pod left in from previous guest. Conditioner in shower empty or pump didn't work. Part of bed backboard disconnected from main part. Balcony filthy with cobwebs dead leaves and bugs, probably not cleaned in months. I wouldn't have minded if this waa $100/night but a Wednesday and Thursday was $650 because of Marist graduation. If youre going to charge top dollar rooms should reflect that.”

“Said full breakfast was available. Small buffet with paper plates and plastic silverware. Had to ask for milk and ketchup and napkins. No towels were in room. Not impressed.”

“I've stayed here several times, but haven't been here in about a year. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as well as some things in need of repair. Breakfast was okay. There was an issue with someone leaving their dog unattended for a number of hours. The poor dog was scratching at the door of the room, making a lot of noise. I tried to reach the front desk, but no one answered the phone. I don't mind pet friendly hotels. I have a dog. It was frustrating that no one could be reached.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! When we arrived to check in, the front desk was experiencing some technical difficulties, but the staff handled it with total grace and professionalism. Instead of letting it become a stressful situation, they immediately welcomed us, offered us cold bottles of water, and even upgraded our room so we had plenty of space to spread out. “The title says it all. Decent, quite hotel with coffee shops (Starbucks, Panera) within 1 minute walking. If you need somewhere to sleep with clean sheets this is the place for you. Had refrigerator and stove as well. Very pleased considering the price”

“The elevator wasn’t working and the tv was broken in the first room I had. However, the young woman on duty at the desk did an outstanding job by carrying people’s luggage up to the 3rd and 4th floors and finding me a room with a working tv. As hard as she was working, she remained very friendly and was always smiling.”
