“Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. “Address listing was incorrect ( it’s “road” not “drive”) so took an extra hour to find location because host wasn’t accessible except by message. Once we were able to reach him he was very curt and somewhat dismissive instead of helpful. Location was as shown on website but the interior had a lot of items that showed it was”lived in” ( long hairs in bathroom, groceries in kitchen storage, very old, used kitchen items- dishes, glassware).
