Perfekt läge, nära shopping och hamnen. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal och rummet var rymligt och välutrustat. Det finns absolut ingenting att klaga på. Vi bor gärna här igen.

Lyhörda rum.
Centralt läge, gångavstånd till både Albert dock och centrum. Negativt var att alla ljud i korridoren hördes tydligt. Mörka korridorer och svårt att hitta trappor ut.

Centralt men inget att hurra över
Det är en fräscht och väldigt centralt hotell. Dock åkte vi till liverpool för att gå på matchen (liverpool -Manchester United) och hade informerat hotellet om att matchbiljetterna skulle komma till hotellet. Både via Mail och personligen när vi anlänt. Dock vägrade hotellreceptionen ta emot biljetterna när de väl kom med postamannen. Så vi fick avbryta vår spavistelse för att åka till postkontoret för att hämta de själva. När vi sedan ville ha någon typ av kompensation från hotellet blev det en konflikt för att hotellmanagern vägrade kompensera vår förlorade pengar på depositionen vi lagt på spat. (Och vi var illa tvungna att åka ifrån och hämta biljetterna. Tänk själv att ha betalat 8000 för matchbiljetter och ha åkt till liverpool endast för denna match, o sedan inte få matchbiljetterna!!) vi ville ju inte att de skulle skickas tillbaka (och agenturen vi köpt biljetterna av bad oss att åka asap!) hotellet ringde till spat och började bråka med dom (?).. det slutade iallafall med att hotellet valde att kompensera oss efter många om och men. Tråkigt att det inte ingick städning (men det är aparthotels..) så det godtar jag. Och positivt att det var väldigt centralt nära till liverpool one.

I am sorry if you thought there was conflict when resolving the issue as explained I needed to investigate what had happened in order to be able to resolve. Was a great stay. Rooms are fantastic except the bathroom door won’t stay open. It’s a very heavy thick door and auto closes . Very annoying you can’t keep it open. I’d suggest the hotel has door wedges in the room guests can use to prop open as going in and out gets annoying not to mention the noise it causes every time it slams shut. ( noise for other guests ) Also all the hotel halls have motion sensors to turn the lights on as you enter. You end up entering very dark hallways before each section lights up. A bit unnerving to enter a totally dark hall before the lights come on. I’d hope they could fix that. Otherwise great stay and helpful staff.

Very basic, only value I could see was the location of the apartments. Room very small with dirty walls. Shower was spraying water on the light above. I would not stop here again.

Upon Checkin, the manager on duty was rude and would not listen. We had inquired with Expedia about a room upgrade but had not committed to one. The manager insisted that we had and would not check us in unless we paid an upgrade charge. He would not listen and was very difficult. As we were getting on elevator, we heard him laughing about the interaction with other employees. Later in evening, he stopped us as we were returning from dinner and told us that any guest that came to our room would have to leave by 9:00 pm.

The check in process was super easy! The room was clean and had everything you would need, only missing cutlery. Bed was comfy - pillows could be better but definitely did the job

Property didn’t have my booking on arrival and didn’t have the room type booked available. I was put in an accessibility room downstairs which was next to the staff room ,who slammed doors throughout the night. Not ideal on a business trip and disappointed that any disabled guests would receive that treatment

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to answer any questions and help with directions. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Albert Dock.

The suite we had was absolutely wonderful! Our top-floor room was beautiful, clean, and had a quiet environment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this place to other travelers and will be staying here again when we return to Liverpool. Cheers to the location as well! Everything was in a great walking distance!
