The communication regarding the check in was very poor. The front desk is unmanned between 5pm-8pm, this is just the period when business travellers need to check in!!. I was informed by expedia to call a number, I did, was told that someone had tried to call me in work, couldn't get hold of me so I would have to wait until 8pm. The person from Terlon apartments was terse, bordering on rude and very uncompromising. The room however, was very nice, good location, with cheap parking nearby, so I would commend that.
The person on reception was much nicer, apologised for my check in issues (another business traveller was in the same position as me!) and did his best to remedy the situation.
The rooms are good, but the problems with check n mean I would not return to stay.
