This beautiful apartment sleeps 5 people in considerable style.T he apartment is exquisitely decorated with great attention to detail. The living room is both cosy and elegant, with wooden floors, ceiling and walls and a large window, looking out onto the private balcony. The balcony has seating for 2 and is reached through stunning double French windows in the dining area and the kitchen.

The immaculate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and a wine fridge. The stylish wooden dining table seats 6 people in comfort.

Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and sofa which can be turned into a child’s bed. The large French window opens on to a 2nd balcony, with a private seating area.
Bedroom 2: A sunny, wooden paneled room with 2 single beds and a 3rd bunk bed, reached via a small ladder.

Location
This residence is in a quiet, but central, part of Livigno. It is close to the ski slopes and the shuttle bus stop. There is private parking outside the building, but a car is not essential.

Livigno has multiple activities all year round. The resort has 2 great activity parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (5 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (10 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park.

For something more relaxing, the Aquagranda Wellness Centre is just a 20-minute walk from the apartment.

Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 40-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 4 hour drive from the apartment.
