The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with bookshelves, armchairs, a chaise longue, and a desk;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a portable dehumidifier.



🡥 UPPER MEZZANINE LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs):

- DINING/LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, small sofa, chaise longue, and TV;

- BATHROOM (accessible by descending a few steps) with a shower featuring a steam bath function, sink, toilet, and bidet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the dining area and portable dehumidifier in the bedroom), independent heating, ceiling fan (in the bedroom), washing machine (in the utility room near the dining area), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

- There are several steps inside the apartment to reach the upper floor: CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED.

- The building does NOT have an elevator.

- The fireplace on the loft, as well as the small heater in the living room, are decorative elements and may NOT be used.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



A fee is required for late check-in:

between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM >> EUR 10
