The apartment is centrally located, just a 2-minute walk from the waterfront and a 9-minute walk from the historic center. The neighborhood has all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transportation.

- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), single sofa bed, dining table, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and ceiling fan;

- BATHROOM with a bathtub, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket Wi-Fi with 200 GB, independent heating, fans (one portable and one ceiling fan in the bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, and iron.

The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Other details to note

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Livorno, which is 1 or 1.70 euros per person per night, depending on the season.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

Neighborhood description

The apartment is located in a central area, ideally situated for getting around the city easily—both on foot and via public transportation.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the city’s main waterfront promenade leading to the sea, and in just a 9-minute walk, you’ll arrive in Livorno’s historic center.

An 18-minute walk across the canal to Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe) takes you to the Fortezza Nuova and the charming Venezia Nuova neighborhood.

From Piazza della Repubblica, you can access Via Grande, Livorno’s main shopping street. From here, in just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Central Market designed by architect Buontalenti, one of Italy’s largest and oldest covered markets, where you can find fresh, local products.
