The neighborhood offers all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transportation. Just a few minutes from the train station and the hospital, and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and the streets of the historic center.



The apartment is an open-concept space with a living area, kitchenette, loft sleeping area, and bathroom.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA with a sofa and Smart TV;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, table and chairs, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- LOFT SLEEPING AREA with a queen-size bed and a dresser;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes rack, air conditioning and heating via split-system A/C only (1 split unit in the living area), travel cot.



Note: The two areas are not soundproofed from one another, and there are no doors separating them.

The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the renowned Goldoni Theater and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as “Piazza Magenta.”

A 15-minute walk across the canal to Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe) takes you to the Fortezza Nuova and the charming Venezia Nuova neighborhood.

From Piazza della Repubblica, you can access Via Grande, Livorno’s main shopping street. From here, in just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Central Market designed by architect Buontalenti, one of Italy’s largest and oldest indoor markets, where you can find fresh, local products.
