The apartment has several rooms. An open-plan area with the kitchen and lounge-dining room with a door leading to the terrace outside. A small kitchen area equipped with a small fridge, oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and tableware, and a breakfast bar and stools. In the lounge area there is a sofa, table, chairs, TV, and access to the bedroom.

The studio has 1 double bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is a sun terrace with magnificent views and outdoor furniture - table, chairs and a garden hanging chair.

Washing machine shared with the neighbours, ironing board, outdoor private parking.
