“Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...

“Trivsamt och lugnt läge mitt i Llangollen, med gångavstånd till Llangollen Pavilion för den som tänker besöka en konsert där. Bra frukost. Rummet var väldigt litet, det var svårt att få plats med två resväskor. Rummet var varmt och luftkonditionering fanns inte, men det gick att öppna fönstret.”

“Basics but clean , brilliant location right near the town but no parking”

“Location in relation to town centre and amenities”

“Ganska slitet ställe å duschen fungerade ganska dåligt”

“Lovely location situated within walking distance of local amenities. Nice comfortable and homely accomodation with a welcoming atmosphere”

Property somewhat worn and needs a good paint job but wear and tear is understandable on a place that sees so many holiday makers. Great location, largish cottage with nice views from upstairs windows.”

“It is located in a quiet and very beautiful part of the country. A perfect place to relax for a few days.”

“ingen frukost måndag, ingen personal. Brandfarlig lägenhet, ingenreservutgång Dålig säng inget varmvatten”

“Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.”
