"On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house. There was a supermarket 3 minutes walk away and various bars and restaurants within short walking distance . we were able to catch a bus directly to Santander within a 3 minute walk. "We chose to stay here because it is close to the Ferry port in Santander where we sailed in to from Plymouth. "The hosts were fantastic, they responded to queries quickly and were really helpful. They also gave us produce from their garden including delicious green peppers and tomatoes. The house itself needs some updating, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for a splash about on hot afternoons. We had a lovely holiday exploring the coast, the Picos de Europa and sampling local cuisine. The location was good for getting out and about by car."

"Hemos estado muy agusto, el apartamento esta muy bien, aunque para 5 personas un poquito pequeño, sobre todo el sofa. Pero en general esta muy bien cuidado. Por poner un pero es el olor a madera vieja y humeda que hay. Esta en un pueblo muy tranquilo y pintoresco pero quizas un poco alejado si piensas hacer excursiones por cantabria. "it was lovely, very clean and big enough for a night, the only suggestion would be for the apartment to provide some coffee and milk or tea to ge able to make in the morning but it was really nice. "

"We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. We had a lovely walk out to the Magdalena peninsula and palace which were stunning. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!"

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
