âBeautiful hotel, nicely combined with nature. Rooms are comfortable, stall is very friendly, service and food were excellent. My only critic is that although rooms are very large and comfortable, they lack storage space such as drawers to put your clothes, bathroom was very large but just have a mirror, sink and toilet. No shelves, cabinet for personal items and no towel racks for hand or face. Rooms are very dim lighted so difficult for women to have an adequate place for makeup.â

"Im sorry to say that the stay was a big disappointment. They promote the hotel with a nice pool area. But it was open, due to private events and very limited open hours .
Check in was at 15:00. And the pool closed at 16:00.
I got informed that it was going to open again 9:00 the next day . When I came back the day after, the pool was closed again. This time due to a private brunch.
I booked the hotel simply to relax at the roof top with the pool. This is false marketing.
The staff in the reception appeared to be uninterested in general, from the time of the check in, until I was checking out the day after.
This hotel is really not worth the premium price they are charging.
