Lloret de Mar. The studio is located in a hotel complex, on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. THIS OFFER IS NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES IN JULY/AUGUST, AS MOST GUESTS DURING THIS PERIOD ARE YOUNG PEOPLE. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.

YOUTHS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE MUST PAY A DEPOSIT OF EUR 60.00 PER PERSON UPON ARRIVAL, WITH A MINIMUM OF EUR 200.00 PER APARTMENT. THIS

DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE PROVIDED NO DAMAGES HAVE OCCURRED.
