Villa Ewa is an attractive single-family house located in the quiet area of the Cala Pi urbanisation, just a 20-minute walk from the beautiful white and fine sandy cove.



The ground floor of Villa Ewa offers an open-plan dining room where a relaxation area with comfortable sofas is combined, perfect for resting while watching satellite television or a DVD; a large dining table for 8 diners, and a fully equipped American kitchen with a bar that separates the kitchen from the living room and is ideal for enjoying breakfast or lunch with your loved ones. Additionally, here you will find two double bedrooms, both with two single beds that share a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a laundry room.



From each room there is access to a large covered porch with a dining table: an ideal place to have meals and dinners with family and friends and to the pool and garden area.



The first floor has two other double bedrooms: one with a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower, and another with bunk beds ideal for children. From both rooms, you can access a terrace of around 60 m2, where you can have an aperitif enjoying the sun and partial views of the sea.



Villa Ewa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: WiFi, fans, central oil heating, built-in wardrobes in each bedroom, a kitchen with everything needed to prepare your best dishes, including a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, complete kitchenware and much more, and the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.



The exteriors of Villa Ewa offer a chlorine pool of 7x4m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m. The garden has a paved surface around the pool of 50m2, which has 1 umbrella and 6 sun loungers to rest and relax while sunbathing. Moreover, guests will love a pergola at the end of the garden with another dining table. Additionally, there is a mobile barbecue to enjoy cooking outdoors.



Villa Ewa is focused on family and children's holidays: fenced pool, high chairs, cots, etc.



The privacy of the property is partial and has access to 1 parking space for parking their vehicle within the property.



Villa Ewa is located in an urbanisation in Cala Pi. It is 17 kilometres from Llucmajor and 4km from the Talaiotic settlement of Capocorb, declared a National Historical-Artistic Monument. The Cala Pi beach penetrates half a kilometre inland between two vertical walls over 30m high. The beach is of white and fine sand, access is easy by road and, moreover, it has free parking for private vehicles.
