Holiday home for up to 6 people on lake property with private beach.

The Space:
The house sits on a 640 sqm plot with direct lake access and private beach. Construction of the house was completed in August 2022. It is ideal for a getaway with all the benefits of a water property.
On 92 sqm of living space you will find a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen that invites you to cook and eat together with family and friends at the large wooden table. The fireplace ensures cozy hours in the colder season. The 6.80 m wide sliding glass front to the south-facing terrace offers panoramic views of the Mühlfeldsee and the Mediterranean-designed garden with adjacent sandy beach.
The cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms, as well as two high-quality bathrooms with walk-in showers. All rooms have underfloor heating (geothermal heating) which provides pleasant cooling during the summer months. All windows have electrically powered shutters, and insect screens in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
A fiber optic connection provides fast Wi-Fi and access to numerous media offerings including Netflix via the digital OLED TV.

UNESCO World Heritage Oranienbaum with baroque castle and garden kingdom Wörlitz (about 30 km)
City trips to
Leipzig (from Delitzsch station (12 km) by S-Bahn or regional train 16 - 20 min;
Berlin (from Bitterfeld railway station (14 km) in 55 min. to Berlin-Hbf.

But you can also simply relax, start the day with a hearty breakfast on the terrace, enjoy the view of the lake, jump into the water, read in the beach chair protected from the wind, enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and turn on the barbecue in the evening.

Other Things to Note:
A wallbox is available to our guests in the area of the two pitches. If access is requested, a flat rate of 10.00 euros per night will be charged.

The property also has a baby cot and a high chair.

The overnight price is a fixed price including all consumption costs (except optional wallbox use).

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Laundry packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, are optionally bookable up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for 25€ per person.
