The two-room apartment 'Pardo 2' is located in the heart of Locarno. This cosy flat offers an ideal space for couples or small groups seeking comfort and convenience. 

The entrance welcomes you into a bright room that houses the kitchen. The kitchen, modern in design and completely white, is equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare and serve meals (no dishwasher). A table for two is perfect for your meals. The terracotta tiled floor adds a rustic and warm touch to the room.

The bedroom, also modern, has a comfortable double bed. A TV is available for your moments of relaxation. The room is lit by a large window that offers plenty of natural light and overlooks the picturesque cobbled street below. For storing your personal belongings, the room is equipped with a spacious chest of drawers and a mirror. The bathroom is equipped with a practical shower, providing everything you need for your daily needs.



Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.

Locarno is one of the pearls of sunny Ticino, bathed by the gentle waters of Lake Maggiore. The flat is located just a few metres from the lake, in the very centre, in an area served by supermarkets, bars and restaurants for all tastes.

The famous Piazza Grande, where the world-famous Pardo Film Festival is held every year, is a five-minute walk away. For history and art lovers, the Visconti Castle and the Casa Rusca Municipal Art Gallery are a 2-minute walk away. For an unforgettable view reach the Sacro Monte Madonna del Sasso on foot or by taking the funicular.

On foot, it is only a few steps to the Motta lakeside promenade, which continues on Viale Verbano, towards the beautiful park bordering the lake, the beautiful Seepromenade Locarno Muralto.

From here, numerous boats also depart for the main tourist resorts on the lake, such as Ascona and the Brissago Islands. The Lido di Locarno is 1 km away.

How to get there:

By car, from the A13 motorway take the Locarno exit and drive about 400 km to the apartment building.

By train, from Locarno station take the RE73 train direction "Domodossola" for 3 min and get off at "Locarno, S. Antonio". From there you will be in front of the flat in 8 minutes on foot.
