Location

The holiday apartment enjoys one of the most prime and well-connected locations in Locarno, from where you can explore everything on foot. Just a stone’s throw away are located several restaurants, Piazza Grande with its vibrant shops, open-air terraces and gelaterias, supermarkets and the glimmering shores of Lake Maggiore. Also within a 5-minute walk are Locarno’s Lungalago with a lakeside promenade for romantic evening strolls, the beautiful Fontana Pedrazzini and the funicular to the iconic Madonna del Sasso. For our active guests, the Lido di Locarno, a golf course and the famous Locarno Falconry are a 10-15-minute walk away.

For those who want to enjoy picnics and relax on summer afternoons by the lake, Giardini Jean Arp is 10 minutes on foot from here. Art enthusiasts are also in for a delight as an Art Museum is also about the same distance. The nearest airport is Lugano Airport (a 48-minute drive) and the closest international airport is Milan Malpensa, about a 1-hour and 45-minute drive, meanwhile, the Locarno train station is a 5-minute walk. A bus stop for all destinations is right next to the garage entrance and is also an excellent location for those who choose to visit the Locarno area without a car.
