You enter the apartment through a spacious entryway that guarantees a warm welcome.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso and French press), etc. The highlight of the kitchen is the modern coffee bar.

The spacious living room features a cozy seating area and a modern dining area with an extendable solid-wood table and a 98-inch flat-screen TV.

The kitchen and living room open onto the spacious, heated loggia, which is perfect for enjoying a cozy breakfast or other meals “outdoors” all year round.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via the stairwell. It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by greenery.

By car, you can reach Bregenz in just 5 minutes—a city renowned for the Bregenz Festival and its picturesque, historic old town.

Bregenz’s local mountain, the Pfänder, is right on your doorstep, and the famous Pfänder Cable Car is just a few minutes away by car.

On the shores of Lake Constance, Kaiserstrand, the free Schwarzbad, and the Lochau beach are all within walking distance (5 minutes on foot).
