The space
Roomy and comfortable home. 7 bedrooms with 2 areas for sleeping that don't have doors. Three large tvs and one large screen with projector with a couch that EASILY sits 15 people. Dining seating for 30 at the same time. Stocked kitchen. Laundry. The whole house and 1 acre yard is yours to use. Large patio in the backyard. All mattresses and sleeping pillows have protectors.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house and outdoor areas (1 acre). The garage is not included in the listing.
Other things to note
There is a dance/gym room upstairs with 2 full Murphy beds which are not included in the bedrooms. The kids room has a futon couch that can fold down to a Full bed. HUGE comfy couches that recline. Game room includes mini-basketball, air hockey, pingpong, bumper table, games and puzzles. One staircase has a STAIRSLIDE for the kiddos! There is a large screen and projector in the great room that seats a lot of people for movies, sporting events, trainings, etc. NO PARKING ON THE STREET. 8 vehicles max and you WILL have to double/triple park if you have that many cars. If you have more vehicles than this, please contact me to discuss parking. (It will not fit 7 long trucks.) No noise outside after 10pm.
