Denna fantastiska tvÄ sovrum, tvÄ badrum stuga fullt utrustad och klar för kortare eller lÀngre sikt besök. Cabin har en strikt utomhus Rökning politik för att rymma alla vÄra gÀster. Ett sovrum har en hel sÀng och en drottning sÀng med en clawfoot badkar / dusch combo badrum, har det andra sovrummet 2 uppsÀttningar enda vÄningssÀngar och en enkelsÀng (5 tvillingar totalt) med privat bad / dusch och tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Soffa i vardagsrummet gör i en hel sÀng ocksÄ. Gott om plats att sova 11. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med elektrisk spis, fullstÀndig kylskÄp, mikrovÄgsugn och diskmaskin. Alla rum har platt-TV med direkta tv. Central vÀrme och luft. Den helt tÀckta verandan har en badtunna, gunga och gott om sittplatser, det finns en "imma" fan för de lÄnga varma sommardagar och en mygga mister omger hytten för att hÄlla dessa irriterande buggar i schack. Det finns 2 BBQ gropar tillgÀngliga och en Firepit för perfekt s'more rostningen. Gör tid att koppla av i hÀngmattan med utsikt över sjön.
Det finns en tÀckt 50 AMP RV plats finns eller sÄ kan du anvÀnda det plats för garage. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser och 23 tunnland att ströva omkring. ATV Àr vÀlkomna men begrÀnsad till privat egendom. "Butiken" har en utomhus kylskÄp och fisk rengöring station med en tÀckt, konkret picknickomrÄde.
Det finns en 10 x 12 docka att fiska frÄn eller docka din bÄt och en tÀckt bÄthus (överst endast) för 2 bÄtar.

Relaxing Fun

This is the perfect cabin in the woods for relaxing and having fun with family and friends. We enjoyed kayaks, fishing and sitting on the porch looking out at the beautiful lake view. The property was expansive for the furr baby to enjoy running and exploring. Also isolated enough to limit dog reactivity. We truly enjoyed our week long stay at this property and cannot wait to plan another stay!!

Great Cabin

We had so much fun at this cabin on Toledo Bend! The weather was amazing and although the fish weren’t biting we still had fun in the sun. Great location and we loved how secluded it was. Also the back porch is awesome and loved all the sitting areas especially the TV outside. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Sand bass fishing

Awesome home for family and friends! Very very clean and a beautiful deck to watch the sunsets. I would recommend staying with Donna and staff! Will stay with Donna again next year !

Perfect Cabin in the woods

We were delighted with our stay at "Our Back Porch". The porch was indeed a highlight, spacious and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the porch swing and the VIEW! We grilled steaks on the bar-b-que grill provided (complete with charcoal). There were many spices in the cabinet, and an ample dishes and cookware. We left a couple of champagne glasses for future visits, but there were plenty of glasses and plastic tumblers, too. The beds were super comfy, and there were plenty of towels! The area felt friendly and I liked having the little cabins and a few campers over in the distance. The cabin has a wonderful remote location without feeling isolated. Logansport is very close by and we loved visiting the little town and eating at Big Zach's (serves lunch and dinner). Crawfish were in-season, and we ate some there and brought some back to eat on the porch while enjoying the gorgeous view. Looking forward to visiting again in the fall.

Amazing getaway!

Me and my husband stayed here for an entire week and absolutely loved it. The house and facilities are perfect with anything and everything you might need and more. The view is amazing and the water is literally feet from the back porch. The porch is great with lots of cover, hot tub, and and multiple grills. We brought our bass boat and were able to dock it under the cover and come and go as we wanted without having to trailer the boat very day. If you are bringing a boat, it is all shallow water except for the river. We knew that and it was fine because we were there to fish. We caught a few catfish and one 5lb bass there from the dock at the house and a lot more fish out on the lake. While there we saw eagles, beavers, lots of birds, and plenty of other wildlife. The communication from the owner Donna was perfect. She answered all out questions prior to booking as well as after booking. Stayed in touch during our stay and came and checked on us. The small town of Logansport actually has an amazing restaurant called Zack's and a fishing store with baits and equipment if needed. The two things to know are that the closest boat ramp closes entrance at 5 pm, so if you are keeping your boat at the house and parking your truck at the house, you need to be at ramp before 5 pm if you are trailering boat for the evening because of storms or whatever. Second, there is a small RV setup of maybe 5 spots and 2 cabins next door, that we missed when researching property. I am sure we just missed that fact, but we thought the property was just the house. The people next door were mostly very quite and it did not really effect anything about the location or our stay. We had a great time and loved our stay. We did not want to leave. We highly recommend choosing this place to go and have fun, just relax, catch some fish, or all of the above.

Rental stay

This rental was clean, the view was amazing! Fully furnished with anything you could want or need, we didn't bring our children but there's something for kids and adults to enjoy. The hot tub was nice we will definitely be back!! Thanks so much! Definitely recommend this spot!

Relaxing and great location

This was a great location right on the lake. There were kayaks and a canoe which was very convenient so we didn’t have to bring our own or rent any, we were able to go out on the lake at the dock on the property. Very large deck with hot tub and BBQ/Grill which was nice for cookouts with the family. There are lots of fish right off the dock, we saw lots of bass jumping out the lake from sitting on the dock. The location is not far from nearby towns, we were able to get groceries from a Walmart about 30 mins away. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for cooking, bring your own food for cooking!

Wonderful Porch

This place was total relaxation. The inside is adequate, everything you need, not over the top. More pots and pans than I have ever seen at a rental and the ice machine was killer. I want one myself. It produced enough ice to keep our cooler going. You do need to bring some dish towels and dish clothes though. The outside porch I almost lived on. It had everything you could want. Big fan, games, comfortable seating, 2 grills and fish cookers if you get lucky. Not to mention the hot tub with a view. The view was beautiful. Lots of fun fishing off the little pier. I loved this place! Would I stay again? In a heartbeat! Thank you Donna for sharing your paradise.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Perfect location, enough space inside and enormous space outside, beautiful landscapes and wonderful experience being in contact with nature , we loved the Jacuzzi and the outside shower. Small detail, there's no blender. Thank you!!!
