Hotell nära Loggia del Capitanio

"Trevliga receptionister som äntligen kunde engelska jämfört med många andra ställen runt om Italien. Fina rena stora rum, man får det man betalar för. Bodde högst upp på 8 våningen så kan ha fått en av de bättre rummen iförsig. Själva läget förhållande till centrum var bra men området var väldigt sketchy dock. Kändes obekvämt på bussen. Däremot hotellet är det inget fel på! "

"I have never been to a hotel with such incredibly rude, rude staff. The room we were given had water leaking from the ceiling. Water was leaking from the ceiling as if it was raining in the room. The carpet was wet.... The room smelled really bad! Unclean room, yellow pillowcases, and dead flies on the windowsill. They thought we were delaying this as a family with our 1 year old. We talk to the tall young guy at the reception and explain that we need to change rooms. Get a quick answer, unfortunately we have no rooms. Then I say come up with another solution get an answer: we can't do anything and he turns his back. My husband tries to talk to him. We can't be in that room, we can't breathe we have a small child. Unfortunately we don't have any rooms he says and turns his back. He grins to the side with his colleague... We talk to his colleague about the problem, then he comes and says in Italian never mind them. He cuts her off so we don't get help. She says the same thing. We insist that we have the right to a new room. Then she becomes aggressive and screams I'm calling the police now. Okay, we're waiting for the police to come. They stand talking and looking at us and grinning. Had to wait 2 hours with our little daughter in her arms, grinning. No police came. So they threatened us. Okay we call the police ourselves ... all of a sudden I hear them say we found a room after they hear us call the police. useless guy and girl! disgusting No empathy humanit"

"Kul idè med genomgående hästdeko- tationer i inredningen. Personal mkt tillmötesgående o glada! Enda som var "lite" iriterande var hissen som verkade lite onödigt krånglig att kalla sas. Inget alvarligt, men det enda vi reagerade på."

"Trevlig personal, rymliga rena fräscha rum, det fanns till och med tvättmaskin på hotellet vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Frukost hade verkligen allt vi kunde önska. Personalen gav tips på bra restauranger och snett över gatan finns en glassbar som är mer än utmärkt. Kunde inte önskat oss bättre hotellupplevelse "

"Unfortunately I forgot 200 eur cash in my hotel room. Even though i called them the day after and provided hard evidence on where i put it, and that its impossible to not have been found, they denied it completely and never offered much of help. I understand and pointed out to them that I fully understand this happens a lot in the hotel world, and probably that some guests lie about similar too, but when I explain to them how and why, and its 100% guaranteed i know where i put it, they still deny. Very sad because other than this they were very pleasant, good hotel and good staff. I simply believe one of the colleagues simply lied about finding it and the rest of the staff believed this person. I also understand its word against word, but what else than telling this can I possibly do? Its a fact. But its a part of life!"

"Brödet på frukosten var väldigt torrt. Pannkakorna och omeletten var kalla. Det fanns gott om kakor men för lite av annat. De små yoghurtpaketen var sura och inte goda. Frukosten behöver förbättras. Möjligheterna att boka hotellets buss var dåliga. Rummet var stort, bra och bekvämt.Städningen var bra. Receptionspersonalen var trevlig och hjälpsam."
