The properties listed are offered under tourist lease by their respective owners and managed by the intermediary, pursuant to Italian Law 431/98 and art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Autonomous Region of Sardinia).

• A security deposit is required upon arrival, blocked on a credit card physically presented and in the name of the guest.
• The release of the deposit depends on the guest’s bank processing times.
