We had a nice stay. Great breakfast, cosy room. The only bad thing was the annoying elevators that only kind of worked. One was out of order every other hour so the only working one was packed with people.

Pleasant but not worth the money.
It was a nice hotel. The reception did not welcome us so very well, we hade to wait at least 15-20 minutes before even being able to go to our room, and that was after I had to confirm that they had upgraded our room which they hadn’t. No kind welcoming at all, the security was good but questionable since anyone could enter the hotel without any questions asked. The room was really nice and clean, except the shower which was questionable about the cleaning. I upgraded my room mostly for the view, was presented with just another building in front of our window and not the inner city view that I was hoping for. There were dishes on the floor right outside of our room, probably from a room service that no one had taken care off. The smell was unpleasant and it was not nice at all! The general information about the hotel, such as WiFi etc was not very well. If you’re paying several hundred pounds for a night you expect something more elegant. The bar at the hotel closed early, even on the weekends, and not to mention that their prices were exaggerated. Our mini fridge at the room was completely empty, and the smell coming out of it took your breath away because it smelt terrible. I asked the reception to fill up or mini fridge with some beverages or if we could buy at the bar, none of those options were manageable for this hotel. It’s a nice hotel but not worth the money.

Great Hotel Fantastic Service
Great hotel with fantastic service and friendly staff. The room was clean and had adequate amenities as a 4 star hotel should have. Lovely breakfast with good variety of morning meals and drinks. We were quite happy with our stay in Leonardo Royal Hotel so that it will be our choice for hotel in our future trips to London undoubtedly.

Weekend with friends.
The hotell had a nice ambience and feel to it as we stepped inside the doors.The staff was pleasent and helpful. We checked in and were assigned a room on the 11:th floor. Sadly thought it was a accessible room we got so the bathroom was abit quirky and pulled down the general feel of it all. Also the furniture in the room was in a need of replacement, especially the coffe table. Another thing that was abit difficult was the elevators. First off there were only two, so the wait was often long in order to catch an elevator. And if you wanted to go to the spa it was even worse since only on of the elevators coud take you there since in the other elevator the button to the spa was out of order. Spa in it self could hav e had another jaccuzzi since the one that excisted was always full with people.

Bra hotel som behöver fler hissar
Rent och bekvämt rum. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Okej frukostbuffé, bra gym och helt okej spa avdelning. Stort minus för att det bara finns två hissar som går upp till rummen så det var alltid kö vid hissarna på morgonen och sent på eftermiddagen/ kvällen när alla skulle någonstans. Tips; ta ett rum på lägre våningar så att ni kan ta trapporna istället. Annars var det ofta typ 10 min väntan på hiss.

Mysigt och fräscht hotellrum med bra städning varje dag. Vore dock trevligt om även toalettborsten utbyttes efter mindre än vad som verkade vara en väldigt lång tid... Väldigt trevlig spa-avdelning med få människor på morgonen och en mysig lobby!

Weekendresa
Hotellet och rummet var bra. Det som drar ned betyget för oss var att vi bodde på nionde våningen och en av två hissar var ur bruk hela vår vistelse. Hotellet har 14 våningar och nivåer under mark t.ex. spa. Vi stod ibland upp till tjugo minuter och väntade på hissen … Inte en ursäkt eller någon kompensation. Frukosten var ok, dyr och med nordiska mått inte så stort utbud. Mkt varmt och bröd, mindre grönsaker, frukt och yoghurt

Mycket nöjd med vår vistelse 5/1-10/1 -23 på Leonardo London Royal Tower Bridge Fint rymligt rum, frukosten mycket bra, trevlig och gästvänlig personal! Trevligt med poolen,som uppskattades av oss! Not good service at night
Over all nice hotel and breakfast. No good service during the night, our neighbours had party the whole night (until 6:30). we called the reception 1:30 and they sent security, it stopped for a while so we could get some rest but woke up again at 4:30 and they were partying again. called the reception 5 times until 5:30, no answer and no help. :(

Lite tråkigt med incheckningen. Incheckning från 16.00 vi var där 15.45 och var tvungna att vänta. Annars ett ganska bra hotell.

Gute zentrale Lage mit einigen Optionen für Tube und DLR in wenigen Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. 7 Etage auch ruhig selbst wenn Feuerwehr vorbeifährt. Zu hören ja aber nicht störend. Gutes Frühstück mit Omelett Service sowie Obst und Gemüse. Sehr gute Zimmer Größe. War jetzt das 2 mal und gerne wieder.

I very much enjoyed the night there. There's a nice pool and spa area with jacuzzi and saunas as well as food areas both in the hotel and nearby (there's a wetherspoons next door). I would happily consider this hotel again.
