The hotel is run down and lacks love. Impractical bathroom, dusty, dirty carpet, dark, 90% of the staff look and act like the can’t wait to get out of the place. I’m another price range it would have been acceptable, but it’s really not worth the money.

Mysigt hotell
Trevligt hotell med bra läge intill Sloane Square. hjälpsam personal. Hotellet kan kännas lite trångt då det är små trånga korridorer &väldigt mörkt. Charmiga rum med allt som behövs. Sköna sängar.

Bor alltid här numer när jag är i London. Personalen är fantastisk, läget är bra och hotellet håller den gamla standarden för hur ett bra hotell skall vara,det vill säga personligt, hemtrevligt och ombonat.

Mysig hotell i hjärtat av Chelsea
Fantastiskt mysigt hotell i hjärtat av Chelsea. Fina rum men lite slitna heltäckningsmattor och badrum. Skulle behöva renoveras lite. Servicen var fantastisk och frukosten i världsklass.

Stop looking - You've found greatness!
The 11 Cadogan Gardens is a very nice hotel. If you like the traditional interior designing and would like a friendly, quite and clean place to stay, this is it. The rooms are nice and, for London, in a very good size. Comfortable beds, very nice bathroom... Well, I could go on and on. The location is also great and you can take a quick walk to Harrods if weather permits it. But most of all, the staff... Well, what can I say? Theese people really gives you all they got, they are friendly, service minded and real professionals. This is my new "go-to-hotel" in London.

Ett litet hotell i centrala London, med rum inredda i traditionell engelsk stil. Miljön är otrolig för alla som inte gillar avskalat och vitt!. Härlig frukost i kombination med härlig hotellbar gör dagen. Trevlig och personlig peronal fulländar vistelsen

Underbart mysigt hotell, men dyrt och trångt.
Mysigt litet 5-stjärnigt hotell. Suverän inredning, förstklassig service av den underbara personalen. Rummet var jättemysigt men väldigt litet och trångt. Charmiga prång och gångar inne i hotellet, dock med nackdelen att vi fick gå många trappor upp för att komma till rummet. Baren är liten och mysig med vacker inredning. Tyvärr måste vi ge bartendern minusbetyg för dom kan inte blanda drinkar.

The hotel was amazing as well as the service. Two things were disappointing: no minifridge in the room and the restaurant was not so great. The service at the restaurant was disappointing as well as the breakfast selection.

This really is a fabulous hotel! The service is excellent, rooms excellent with a turn down service and the room always topped up with water and fresh towels. The breakfast was plentiful and with a great selection.

The location is unbeatable. There is a great vibe about this hotel. Most staff are extremely helpful. One thing to be mindful is that the complimentary gratuity can be charge to your card at the checkout without communicated, at least clearly, in advance.

Excellent location in tony Chelsea. Close to (60m walk) Pavilion Road (Ottolenghi Bakery, shops, bars, cafes). You pay for the location. Service at concierge was very professional. I felt safe as a solo female traveller in the area. Room was small but well-considered.

This is a wonderful hotel in one of the most elegant boroughs of London. We love this area which is very quiet, not a place for bouget tourism, but if you wished to live as a londoner let's go to this hotel. And there is wonderful shoppping just two blocks from 11 Cadogan Gardens.

Amazing place. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Only one thing to mention was absence of fridge in room. It’s nice to put water in fridge to keep it cold overnight.
