Fabulous everything!
That flat is amazing…everything you need is here! Vlad was a fabulous host. This is an understatement…Vlad went over and above the call of duty and made sure everything was as we needed and more. Whether you are a First timer or many repeat visits to London, this flat checks all the boxes. The location is perfection and anything you need is minutes away. The flat decor and amenities are perfectly executed. You will feel as if you are a guest in your friend’s home. I will absolutely be back! Thank you Vlad for making our stay perfect!

Girls’ Getaway
Based on glowing reviews, my cousin and I chose this flat for its location, darling decor and customer service The flat is clean, lovely, well located, quiet and incredibly comfortable. After being in hotels for ten days, the kitchen offers lovely hospitality. That said, Caffe Nero across the street makes the best dark roast Americano. We found the living area to be our hang-out spot. It’s happy, inviting and a great gathering space. As one reviewer mentioned, the bedroom spaces are dramatically different in size and luxury, but both have everything you need. VRBO really needs to create a new category of Super Uber Host for Vlad! We had one request and within 15 hours, the solution appeared at our doorstep. Vlad is THE MOST responsive and caring host I have ever encountered. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Beautiful apartment in a great location! Just minutes from the metro and less than 10 minutes from Hyde park. Vlad was a great host, explained everything in detail, was very responsive and checked in on us! Fresh-cut flowers were an unexpected extra touch. Highly recommend!

A gem
A hidden sanctuary tucked into a vibrant city. Perfect location - short walk to Piccadilly line, shops, local restaurants, museums, Hyde Park. The flat is well appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and complete with all amenities. The perfect blend of home and a hotel. Vlad is a host to the stars - gracious, helpful, kind, and full of helpful information. He checked in on us to make sure all was in order and offered wonderful suggestions along the way. Can’t think of a more suitable place to stay in London.

Fantastic Flat in London!
I was looking for a 2 bed 2 bath rental for my family of four’s first visit to London. This one worked out perfectly. Great location - walk to museums, parks, restaurants and shopping. Artistically appointed and well maintained with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Vlad was a terrific host - well informed with great communication.

Amazing!
To be fair I should convey I am a hotelier and am very particular and love hospitality. I never thought it could be accomplished remotely yet Vlad did it beyond my wildest dreams. The trick is to make every room has never been occupied before. This apartment looked like we were the first to occupy it. Yet there were gentle touches from previous guests like extra cards for the tube discretely left in a drawer. I was amazed at the attention to even the smallest detailes. Beautiful. look forward to our next visit.

Gorgeous quiet convenient apt
Stayed with my husband and 2 boys and we had a wonderful time in this gorgeous flat. VLad was very helpful with recommendations. You could tell that he had put a lot of thought to making sure guests were comfortable. We arrived to a very chilly London and before our arrival I simply inquired as whether there were any throws for the couch. He ordered two and they were awaiting us when we arrived. (And the flat already had a couple) the beds were super comfy. Convenient location We just loved it! Would love to return. Oh and the housekeeper ran out and got us some snacks and fresh flowers for our stay. So hospitable!

Fabulous Stay
Our stay at this flat in Knightsbridge was outstanding. The flat is in a great location around the corner from Harrods on a quiet residential street. The flat was well maintained and Vlad could not have been more accommodating and gracious. The location is perfect for exploring the many restaurants and shops in Knightsbridge and easy walking to other parts of the city or taking the underground from Knightsbridge station to other areas of the city. Vlad offered suggestions for restaurants, shopping and other venues that are particularly helpful for first time visitors to London. If you choose to stay at this flat, you will not be disappointed.

Great property, incredible location with which to explore London. Felt like "home" for 11 days and became a sanctuary after long days of excellent sightseeing, museum browsing and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a small family getaway.

Location, Location, Location — this flat has it all — externally and internally !!
The flat is located in the center of everything from the West End Shows, the Albert Hall, the Royal Parks, Restaurants and then there is the shopping right next door, such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols to name but a few. Should you decide not to walk everywhere, transportation is also amazingly convenient with Knightsbridge Station right there… The property itself has everything to make your stay more than comfortable however long your visit. The décor has been thoughtfully and comprehensively developed by Vlad’s team and is kept shipshape by hardworking and humorous Lemon — she like the rest of the team could not do enough for us. Communication with Vlad is easy and the response time instantaneous. Further “NO” is not in his or his teams vocabulary!! We will defiantly stay at 1A again…

Perfect Location to Enjoy Knightsbridge
The property is perfectly located very near Harrods thus close to great restaurants and museums. We were greeted by the manager/owner who showed us how everything worked ie TVs, kitchen, lighting etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern although narrow. The master bedroom is special as it comes with a greenhouse sitting room. It also has a great mirrored makeup alcove for the ladies. The second bedroom while also having an en-suite bathroom is really only suitable for a child as it is much smaller than the master. Another couple could stay there but you could lose a friend unless they were made aware of the difference in accommodation. The fat has a very convenient washer and dryer in the hallway that we used often. The only slight criticism is that the flat was below street level and thus lacks access to daylight and has few windows for fresh air. The sitting area in the master suite has a motorized window in the glass roof however for air. We stayed 10 days and after the first week this situation became noticeable although we we were out and about a lot. All in all we would return and recommend the flat to friends. A final note that the owner/manager was very responsive/thoughtful and friendly.

Excellent location - great for walking, easy tube access, Harrods 3 minutes away!
Excellent - well cared for and modern. Vlad could not have been nicer or more helpful. I would definitely rent again, it suited our needs very well. I would say that if you are traveling with elderly people (we were not) that the steps to the flat could pose a little challenge. My mother-in-law travels with us sometimes and know she would LOVE the decor of the flat, it is beautiful, but because of her age, the steps would not work for her.

Great location and fantastic stay!
We had an amazing trip! This flat was in a perfect location for us. To the right is Harrods and several tube stops. To the left the museums and lots of tube stops. We found many restaurants close by and lots of suggestions from Vlad. Thank you guys for the early check - in. Most helpful! Vlad answered all questions immediately - even an in the moment search for grilled fish! Vlad was very thoughtful and attentive. So important when travelling from another country. We had fantastic meals at Orsini, Montepliano, Brasserie of Light (Selfridges). We also ate at Pret A Manger every morning. The best coffee and healthy quick food at very reasonable prices. The almond croissant...fabulous. Easy instructions for the flat. We were thankful for the space as our kids are teenagers and needed that second bathroom. There is a safe! Honestly everything you can think of is in this flat. Even a washer/dryer, blow dryer and fans. Great place, great hosts, great trip!

Chic hideaway in Knightbridge
A designer gem: beautifully appointed basement apartment with delightful art, a magnificent master bedroom and a lovely lounge! An amazing flat in a convenient location!
I’ve stayed at a number of holiday rentals and I’ve never written a review before this one. I felt compelled to let everyone know how fantastic our experience was. The pictures are a true representation of this flat. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is immaculately maintained. And, it is stocked with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay (full kitchen, toiletries, and towels). Most importantly the service is second to none. Raci and Vlad took great care of us. I was worried that we would arrive and have no way to get into our flat as our flight was over an hour early, landing at 6am. While we were processing through customs, I received a text from Vlad (who had been following our flight) to let us know he would meet us! We arrived to a welcome package of fresh fruit and snacks which my starving children devoured. Vlad gave us a full tour to make sure we understood everything we needed to know. And, he checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. This flat is literally two blocks from the tube and in the heart of so much great stuff. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in London and I can’t recommend this rental highly enough.

No better location!
Spent 4 nights in this beautiful flat. The location in Knightsbridge is incredible, literally 2 minutes to Harrod's. Tons of restaurants and shops within minutes walk. The V&A and Science Museums are a 5-10 minute walk. The flat itself is beautiful. Spacious and amazingly designed. The photos accurately reflect the place. Very clean!! The owner kindly and thoughtfully left breakfast foods for us including cereal, croissants, milk, etc. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return.

GREAT Flat in swanky/central neighborhood
My response to Vlad pretty much sums up our experience during our seven day stay in London in February 2019: Hi Vlad, We are so sad to be finishing our great week in London: 3 Musicals 10 great restaurants 8 awesome historical sites 100+ deer sightings 72++ WALKING miles 4 beautiful SUNNY days 1 Chelsea v. Tottenham Spur game And that’s just a part of it. We will be departing 6 am-ish in am. Would def rec the location as well as the beautiful flat to friends. Having said that, and not saying this as a complaint, potential renters should know that the flat is in a walk down, below street level. Therefore you will not have any “views” of London. But really, the whole point of being in London is to get out there and see things in person! The time we did spend in the flat was extremely comfortable and conducive to excellent times with our friends —sharing cocktails, charcuterie, and wine from nearby Harrod’s!

The apartment is next to Harrods located in the center of city, close to the Knightsbridge station which is very convenient to get to anywhere. The apartment is exactly same as it is showing on the picture, very clean and beds are comfortable. Vlad was very friendly and helpful on providing us recommendations for our trip in England. Beautiful well appointed Knightsbridge flat! Is a must!
WOW! what a wonderful flat! We stayed for a week the beginning of February. Wanted to try something different for a change instead of a hotel. We were so impressed by absolutely everything! The moment we arrived Vlad was there to greet us, he was very attentive during our stay, even bought brand new memory foam toppers for the beds! The flat is very spacious, well furnished and decorated. You cannot beat this location in Knightsbridge! Around the corner from Harrods, grocery, great restaurants. We will be back! Perfect, Stunning flat on a quiet street in the heart of Knightsbridge
We had the most amazing vacation in this flat. The location is steps away from great shopping such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Sloane Street as well as Hyde Park. The tube is easily accessible or there were always cabs nearby so getting around town was a breeze! We have rented many apartments throughout Europe over the years and this one was by far the best one! First of all it’s beautiful! The decor is gorgeous and top of the line everywhere you look. It’s simoly stunning and makes you feel at home. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment is quiet so we all slept great. The bathrooms were a dream compared to most European bathrooms. Each bedroom had an ensuite bath that had ample room and wonderful showers. The closet space/storage also offered the ability to settle in and not feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. The owner couldn’t have been more thoightful and accessible. He was beyond helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay and even left us some kitchen essentials and food so we didn’t have to run to the grocery store upon arrival. Thank you for offering us such a perfect flat which made our vacation one of the best ever! We will be in touch to rent again next time we are in London!!! It was simply perfect!

Wonderful Modern Flat
We visited London with my wife and two teenagers. The flat is ideally located in Knightsbridge- close to everything one could need. Equidistant to two tube stations and all of the food, shopping and sites you could possibly want. Vlad was a treat to deal with, very helpful prior to our arrival and gave us a great tour when we did arrive. The only problem I have with the flat is that there is no clothes dryer- a washing machine, but no dryer. And without much cross breeze (it is a below grade level flat) it was hard to dry the clothes we washed. But that didn't spoil the trip. Thank you again... we would love to be back one day. Cheers!

Outstanding location next to Harrods, great dining, museum district and Knightsbridge Underground station on Piccadilly Line. Great Location & Beautiful Apt
The apartment is 100% as described. My wife and I found the apartment to be perfect in terms of appointment/design/function. The location is equally as great; as we found many local eateries and even a place to catch a workout (South Kensington—PureGym) . Easy access to everywhere. Our hosts Raci/Vlad were great. I would HIGHLY recommend the apartment for those who are looking for a great place to stay in heart of the shoping district in London.

Perfect stay
We stayed at the flat for four nights for a short holiday and it couldn't have been a better experience. The location is perfect, a block away from Harrod's and right along the Picadilly line. It was an ideal setup for exploring the city for a long weekend. Vlad was incredibly helpful in both accommodating our early arrival and in offering recommendations for good restaurants and activities. I can't wait to come back. The flat was clean, warm and inviting. It truly felt like home.
