The hotel in itself : Small rooms, small bathrooms etc, but you can live with that for a couple of days. Close to the subway, in the city centre etc is more important. The problem with this hotel is the staff! There are of course exeptions. At the front desk they are not only unfriendly , but seem totally uninterested in you as a guest (never say hello, watching tv, listening to music etc). The staff serving breakfast don´t speak english, and dont even know how to smile or say "good morning"... The cleaning of the room was non existing, (dusty and dirty carpet) but the beds and towels were allways clean. My recommendations for this hotel would be to send the staff on studies, courses like "this is the way to smile" and for some of them "learn how to say good morning and wellcome". A more advanced cours like "what is servicemindedness" would allso help!
