Guest Management.. more like Dodgy Landlords
NOT SECURE PARKING & FINED for parking where I was told to park by guest services. Dreadful Wifi- no other word for it. Not as advertised, asked for 2 bed, ended up in the 1 bedroom but got a partial refund 2 weeks later. Asked how this was calculated as the prices vary vastly on their website, no response given. If you find yourself in an unfortunate position that you have booked this property and encounter any issues. Your best bet is to avoid guest management and go director level to resolve issues, guest management ran by 2 women (Maria & Stephanie) who seem to think their main goal in life is to cover up each others lies.

Dear Guest. I am sorry to read about your experience. We have tested the WiFi in all apartments and are continually reading above 47Mbps so appears the issue was temporary. We have rectified the advertising issue as the automatic feed was not linked correctly which is why it fed into a 1 bedroom and not a 2. Regarding the refund this was bas on the difference between a 1 bedroom (which is where you stayed) and a 2 bedroom which was what you had paid for. Regarding the guest services team we have completed additional training around information handling and sharing. Thank you for your feedback.

If its not one thing, its another...
As a business traveler & Gold account holder who has over 100 different stays over the past 36 Months. I can tell you the CharlesHope collection is the worst managed portfolio of properties I have come across and I have stayed in 3 of their properties (Manchester & Heathrow North). What I booked *I did not get*, raised this issue when I was in Manchester, fast forward a few months to Heathrow and we have the same problem. Advertised as having Queen beds. *Not the case* No electrical cover on the switch/switches??. Inexcusable, given the parking fiasco this wasn't the top of my list, but its dangerous if kids were allowed in here. *Kitchen-No frying pans, no foil, no welcome pack, just 3 sauce pans, a mini bin and cutlery.* *Wifi is dreadful!! the TV stopped working. I'm beginning to give up at this point.* Wifi app (Klevio key) to allow yourself in is terrible as phone signal is poor at the entrance to the building 2nd door. The problem that tipped it- hit with a 2X£100 fine for parking each WEEK as directed by Guest services (disabled bay, not underground secure facility) not sure if Guest management are given commission from the parking company. Cancelled first and told me it was a goodwill gesture and I got another one the following day which they are refusing Book elsewhere, if its not one thing its another with this place. Guest Services have never heard of the saying- ''the customer is always right!''

Dear Guest We are extremely sorry that your experience did not meet our high standard as well as your own. We have measured all the beds and ensured that the advertisements match the properties. We are also looking into socket covers however we have accommodated many families travelling with young children and have not had this raised previously. All apartments have been checked and are all equipment with pans, frying pan, chopping boards, knives and utensils. Any additional items were removed following the pandemic to reduce touch points and protect both guests and staff. We have verified the WiFi and the speed is 47+Mbps so unsure why your devices were struggling. We will check to ensure our parking is advertised correctly as allocated parking. Having further investigated we found that parking was not requested and therefore not allocated during your stay. We have adjusted our communications so guests cannot be confused by the parking in future. Thank you fro your feedback.
