The two bedrooms offer restful sanctuaries, with one furnished with a king-sized bed and the other with a double bed. Each room features bedside tables, lamps, and a dresser, ensuring ample storage for your belongings. The bathroom is stylish and modern, complete with a bathtub for a soothing soak after a long day.

Outside, you'll have access to a private terrace, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Beyond the terrace, guests can also enjoy the communal garden shared with other residents of the building, offering additional outdoor space to relax.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Richmond, this apartment places you within easy reach of the area's vibrant offerings. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Richmond Park, where you can spot deer or explore scenic walking trails. Delight in the local restaurants and cafes, which offer a variety of culinary experiences.

Richmond Station is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment and offers direct Underground (District Line and London Overground) and National Rail services, including connections to London Waterloo. Several local bus stops are also just a short walk away, providing convenient links throughout Richmond and the surrounding areas. With excellent public transport connections right on your doorstep, exploring London and South West London couldn't be easier.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
