Sehr zuvorkommende Angestellte, 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn entweder Gloucester Road oder Earl's Court (circle line, dementsprechend ist man innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten in der Innenstadt), sehr sauberes Zimmer Bad, leichte Gebrauchsspuren an den Schränken und dem Tisch (ich hatte das Einzelzimmer im 4ten Stock)

Very nice and clean apartment with a kitchen including a microwave, a full-size fridge, and a washing/dryer machine. It is located in a decent and safe neighborhood. The Underground station/bus stop within a 5-minute walk offers connections to anywhere in London. There is also a supermarket just right across the street and a nice variety of restaurants within walking distance. Most of all, the front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again and recommend it to anyone who plans to visit London.

There are plenty supermarkets around the hotel and it is clos around the hotel and it is close to bus stops as well as underground station.

Great little 1BR apartment. Convenient location between earls ct and Gloucester rd tube stations. Friendly staff at reception. 5nt stay- kitchenette including washing machine was handy. Would stay again

I really recommend this place, especially if you stay with your family. Really nice neighbourhood close to bus stops, underground stations, shops. And a special thanks to the hotel staff who are so helpful.

Amazing stay
It was amazing. Very nice stay, worth every pound. Exactly as it is shown on the pictures. Karim at Front desk was very friendly. Wi-fi worked perfect. Hot water was all working and the shower was very clean (knowing that this is a common problem in other hotels in London). Highly recommend to stay here and definitely will choose it as my place to stay for my next visit

Lovely apartment with all required amenities. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful! The location is perfect- 5 minutes away from the metro station and a short walk to Kensington Palace and gardens. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Mis-sold booking. No balcony as description
On arrival we were very disappointed that several of the aspects of property description was not what we expected. For example we chose this as stated balcony or patio. Extremely disappointed that this was not available as this was the main reason for booking this apartment. The reception staff explained that allHotels Com bookings were then managed by expedia which left us in a quandary who to contact. City view was also not as expected. Would ideally like hotels.com to compensate us for mis-selling the apartment booking.
