Excellent property in a wonderful neighborhood. Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and a delightful place to stay. Convenient to transportation, surrounded by restaurants, and a short walk to several grocery stores

This one BR apartment was well appointed, mostly clean and large. While we loved the location, the construction across the street was nonstop. The door frame to our apartment had mold and rot. There were mouse traps all over the building. And it lacked basic amenities like napkins and paper towel. Additionally, the bed was a double, not a kind as stated on Expedia.

Immaculate condition and pristine cleanliness. Great location. Only negatives were: just 2 towels, no hand towels or face cloths. No dish towels or drying towels. No dish detergent and only 3/4 roll of toilet paper. We were booked for 2 nights

Todella mukava asunto, viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Viereinen rakennustyömaa (jolle asunnon omistaja ei tietysti mitään voi) aiheutti jonkin verran meluhaittaa aamuisin ma-la klo 8 alkaen. Myös vanhan talon narisevat puulattiat aiheuttivat meluhaittaa yläkerrasta tähän keskikerroksen asuntoon. Muutoin pidimme asunnosta hyvin paljon: se on mainiolla sijainnilla muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä useista musikaaliteattereista, aamiaispaikoista, oopperatalosta ym. Hyvä kaksinkertainen lukko ovessa ja turvaketju sisällä, taloyhtiön alaovi aina lukossa - oli turvallinen majoituspaikka. Siistit ja viihtyisät kylpyhuonetilat (2 wc), ihanat lakanat, hyvin kaappitilaa. Suosittelemme - erityisesti naapuritalon remonttityömaan valmistumisen jälkeen!

Great apartment, great location - but bring hearing protection! At no point either at the time of booking many months ago, or in the ‘welcome’ messages last week, were we advised about the huge construction site, literally 20ft from the property. The construction site has been up and running for over a year so there are no excuses for not notifying potential guests. Work started on the construction site before 7am every morning, including Saturday and Sunday, and it was deafening. This should have been flagged at the time of booking or at least last week, with the check in details were sent. We also paid an extra fee for an early check in however on arrival the apartment had not been cleaned or the beds made up for new guests. Whilst the early check in fee was refunded, having to leave and return two hours later was inconvenient. Very disappointing given the price paid.

These units are beautiful, clean and centrally located near covent garden. Its a quiet building great for families. Highly recomended and will be staying there again on our next trip.

Do not bother.. not worth the money.
The apartment is comfortable but they gave me the wrong code on arrival and I could not contact anyone for ages to figure out what had gone wrong, I had to wait across the road till I got through after about 15 phone calls. The construction is super super loud even through ear plugs it wakes you up early. The printing on the welcome card made it impossible to get the internet code when I tried to call again on a different number no one answered, found the code on a seperate piece of paper in the apartment finally. Then the power went out in the apartment on the 2nd night, I messaged the night manager and they said there was nothing to do until the next day. Terrible and annoying stay.

Very comfortable
Communication for entry was not great, I phoned and was passed to various people. The email was sent the day before but I still had to phone as we had two studios booked but only one code.....the safe deposit box had an envelope with both keys in it but knowing that would have been helpful. Also saying where the safe box is would help, it is semi hidden under the stair well.

Brilliant stay
Check in was straight forward and contact free, a very easy process. The property was exactly as described and more! would definitely stay again. Spacious city centre apartment
The apartment was very clean and spacious, communicstion good for access and apartment also very well equipped. The location was a little noisy but no different to any city centre location. The price of being in the middle of it all. Plenty around the area and overall possitve. Some of the blinds on the windows looked a little tired and not all fully functioned. It would also benefit from blackout roller blinds to help with noise and light coming in. Would still highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Great experience
I stayed in this hotel after living in a hotel, being fed up with the dark light and cramped space of the hotelroom , which means we were allowed to have much more space for the same price, enjoy great location for both to academic institution as well as in walking distance to great restaurants. Concerning all advantage I could get, let alone security for women at late night, it is supposed to be one of the best and reasonable hotel and suit for the long stay. During the 8 days of our stay, we regretted not having asked them for a long stay. As this property prioritises the personal privacy, it could embarass you as I had been, but after meeting anyone in charge of this hotel(I met Rolland), that feeling would be ebbing away. They are always ready to support you. For me, the service was impeccable, personalised, courteous and friendly.

予約後、幾つか要望や問い合わせをメールしたが、なかなか返事がなく、出発ギリギリまで心配が残った。スタッフ常駐の施設でないため、現地での電話での問い合わせも不在なことが多かった。６日間滞在して５日目に清掃が入ったが、予告されていなかったため、トイレットペーパーが切れていることや、電球が切れていることを伝えられなかった。フリーＷｉＦｉが使える部屋のはずだったが、結局つながらなかった。

Superbe emplacement et appartement grand avec du charme. En revanche, entretien qui laisse à désirer, aucun service d'hôtel....

Great stay despite initial irritation
The check in was irritating. Despite an exchange of emails, no one was there to meet me. It took two calls to head office and a wait if 25 minutes to get in. Apart from that the apartment was wonderful. Excellent location for the theatre. Love exposed bricks and white wood. Definitely would go back.

Great location!
Near the theaters and all the central London tourist destinations. No front desk but lots of space in the rooms and hotel-style cleaning service. We will stay here again.

Central gem, brilliant layout!
Great cafe right next door, lots of restaurants and pubs at hand. Little mouse that greeted us in the conversion apt may frighten some but is to be expected in this unique type of property. Very clean, beautiful bath. Only one roll of tissue for a 3 day stay and no paper towel in kitchen was a real let down for the price but there was water, milk, tea and some instant coffee. A little rowdy noise at night, but hey, this is London!
